8.3.
Preparations
• When you exchange modules, in order to make it discharge
from an electrolytic condenser, please wait for 1 minute after
the power supply end.

• To avoid damaging the LCD panel, lay out a soft cloth or
towel and lay down the unit so the front side is facing down.
Precautions when replacing each module
• Always perform the procedure below when replacing each
module.
• Be careful not to overtighten the screws when installing each
module.
8.4.
Back Cover Complete removal
1. The setscrew of Cover Adjust is removed and Cover
Adjust is removed.

2. Replace the Cover Adjust.
3. Remove 39 screws and then remove the Back Cover

• When the screw hole is closed at the time of Back Cover
Complete attachment, please open the hole for screws.
• A Back Cover is pressed down and a screw is tightened.
• Bolting a screw in order of the following.
Bottom - Side - Upper - Front
• The bottom side of Back Cover should carry out screw
fastening of the screw 1 of both ends first.
• Please carry out screw fastening of the side of Back Cover
from the bottom.

DS-Board replacement
1. Remove 2 screws and then remove the Earth Spring.
2. Replace the Earth Spring.
3. Remove 4 screws and then remove Shield Case Slot.

(A lead is removed from a clamp if needed.)
4. Disconnect the connector (DS13).
5. Remove the flexible cable from the connector (DS10).

Precautions at the time of Earth Spring attachment
• Please stick a gasket in the case of exchange of Earth
Spring.
Precautions at the time of DS-Board attachment
• Tightened in order of (1-2), the other screws is free.
Precautions at the time of Slot-Block attachment
• Tightened screw of (1), the other screws is free.
8.6.
A-Board replacement
1. Remove the Shield Case Slot.
(Refer to DS-Board replacement and procedure 3)
2. Remove 6 screws ( ), 10 Hexagonal-Head screws ( )
and 2 screws ( ) and then remove the Holder Terminal.

3. Disconnect the connectors (A1, A4, A5, A6, A7, A8, A13,
A16, A17, A22).
4. Remove the flexible cables from the connector (A10).
(A lead is removed from a clamp if needed.)
5. Remove 10 screws and then remove A-Board.
6. Replace the A-Board.

• When installing the A Board, Disengaging of rear side
shield is NG.
• Tightened in order of (1-2), the other screws is free.

HX-Board replacement
1. Remove the Holder Terminal.
(Refer to A-Board replacement and procedure 2)
2. Disconnect the connectors (HX7, HX8).
3. Remove the flexible cable from the connector (HX11).
4. Remove 4 screws and then remove HX-Board.
5. Replace the HX-Board.

5. Replace the HX-Board.
Precautions at the time of HX-Board attachment
• Tightened in order of (1-2), the other screws is free.

P-Board replacement
1. Disconnect the connectors (P1, P2, P3, P4, P5, P6).
(A lead is removed from a clamp if needed.)
2. Remove 11 screws and then remove P-Board.
3. Replace the P-Board.

Precautions at the time of P-Board attachment
• Tightened in order of (1-2), the other screws is free.

V2-Board replacement
1. Remove 1 screw and the hook and then remove Control
Panel assy (V2 Board and Button are included).
2. Remove 1 screw and 4 hook and then remove V2-Board .
3. Disconnect the connector (V22) and then remove V2-

4. Replace the V2-Board.

8.10. Control Panel and Button

1. Remove the Contrl Panel Assy.
(Refer to V2-Board replacement and procedure 1-2)
2. Remove 2 screws and then remove the Control Panel
and Button.
3. Replace the Control Panel and Button.

8.11. Inlet Assy replacement
1. Disconnect the connector (P1).
2. Remove 1 screw .

4. Remove 2 screws and then remove the Fixer AC Code A
and Inlet Assy.
5. Replace the Inlet Assy and Fixer AC Code A.
Precautions at the time of Inlet Assy
• Caution top and bottom direction.
8.12. Speaker and Speaker Bracket
replacement
1. Disconnect the connectors (A16, A17).

Precautions when replacing the LVDS Cable Assy
• Please insert the LVDS cable firmly to the back.
The shortage of plugs causes failure.
