• When you exchange modules, in order to make it discharge

from an electrolytic condenser, please wait for 1 minute after
the power supply end.

• To avoid damaging the LCD panel, lay out a soft cloth or

towel and lay down the unit so the front side is facing down.

• Always perform the procedure below when replacing each

module.

• Be careful not to overtighten the screws when installing each

module.

1. The setscrew of Cover Adjust is removed and Cover

Adjust is removed.

2. Replace the Cover Adjust.
3. Remove 39 screws and then remove the Back Cover

Complete.

• When the screw hole is closed at the time of Back Cover

Complete attachment, please open the hole for screws.

• A Back Cover is pressed down and a screw is tightened.

• Bolting a screw in order of the following.

Bottom - Side - Upper - Front

• The bottom side of Back Cover should carry out screw

fastening of the screw 1 of both ends first.

• Please carry out screw fastening of the side of Back Cover

from the bottom.

1. Remove 2 screws and then remove the Earth Spring.
2. Replace the Earth Spring.
3. Remove 4 screws and then remove Shield Case Slot.

4. Disconnect the connector (DS13).
5. Remove the flexible cable from the connector (DS10).
6. Remove 7 screws and then remove the Slot Block (DS

Board is included).

7. Turn over the Slot Block.
8. Remove 5 screws and then remove DS-Board.

9. Replace the DS-Board.

• Please stick a gasket in the case of exchange of Earth

Spring.

• Tightened in order of (1-2), the other screws is free.

• Tightened screw of (1), the other screws is free.

1. Remove the Shield Case Slot.

(Refer to DS-Board replacement and procedure 3)

2. Remove 6 screws ( ), 10 Hexagonal-Head screws ( )

and 2 screws ( ) and then remove the Holder Terminal.

3. Disconnect the connectors (A1, A4, A5, A6, A7, A8, A13,

A16, A17, A22).

4. Remove the flexible cables from the connector (A10).

5. Remove 10 screws and then remove A-Board.
6. Replace the A-Board.

• When installing the A Board, Disengaging of rear side

shield is NG.

• Tightened in order of (1-2), the other screws is free.

1. Remove the Holder Terminal.

(Refer to A-Board replacement and procedure 2)

2. Disconnect the connectors (HX7, HX8).
3. Remove the flexible cable from the connector (HX11).
4. Remove 4 screws and then remove HX-Board.
5. Replace the HX-Board.

• Tightened in order of (1-2), the other screws is free.

1. Disconnect the connectors (P1, P2, P3, P4, P5, P6).

2. Remove 11 screws and then remove P-Board.
3. Replace the P-Board.

• Tightened in order of (1-2), the other screws is free.

1. Remove 1 screw and the hook and then remove Control

Panel assy (V2 Board and Button are included).

2. Remove 1 screw and 4 hook and then remove V2-Board .
3. Disconnect the connector (V22) and then remove V2-

Board.

4. Replace the V2-Board.

• It hooks on a metal bracket and inserts a hook certainly.

1. Remove the Contrl Panel Assy.

(Refer to V2-Board replacement and procedure 1-2)

2. Remove 2 screws and then remove the Control Panel

and Button.

3. Replace the Control Panel and Button.

• It hooks on a metal bracket and inserts a hook certainly.

1. Disconnect the connector (P1).
2. Remove 1 screw  .

3. Remove 2 screws ( ) and then remove the Holder Inlet.

4. Remove 2 screws and then remove the Fixer AC Code A

and Inlet Assy.

5. Replace the Inlet Assy and Fixer AC Code A.

• Caution top and bottom direction.

1. Disconnect the connectors (A16, A17).
2. A Speaker set screw (the left and the right, and 2 each) is

removed, and a speaker is removed.

3. Remove Speaker Lead (+, -) from the Speaker.

• A Speaker Lead (+) presses pawl down and extracts.

• Please do not bend a speaker Lead.

4. Replace the Speaker.
5. A Speaker Bracket set screw (the left and the right, and 1

each) is removed, and a Speaker Bracket is removed.

6. Replace the Speaker Bracket.

• Please stick on the same place as before.

• Please insert hook of a speaker certainly.

• Please be sure to remove metal fittings and a connector

(Please check a wiring diagram) and to attach them to the
liquid LCD Panel for repair.

• Please insert the LVDS cable firmly to the back.

The shortage of plugs causes failure.

1. Remove the Contrl Panel Assy.

(Refer to Removal of V2-Board replacement and
procedure 1)

2. Disconnect the connector (H11).
3. Disconnect the connectors (CN1, CN101), and connector

by the side of LCD Panel of LVDS cable.

4. Remove 4 screws and then remove Control Print Fix

Metal.

• Caution top and bottom direction. (center screw part, top

side)

5. The set screw of Mounting Panel Top (Upper-right,

Upper-Left) is removed and the metal fittings for Mounting
Panel Top (Upper-right, Upper-Left) are removed.

6. The set screw of Stand Sleeve (Right, Left) is removed

and the metal fittings for Stand Sleeve (Right, Left) are
removed.
