2-7  Disassemble LAMP DRIVER 
and and POWER board
1. Unscrew 4 screws (as red circles) to  
disassemble the Lamp Driver Module.
Note:1. When assemble ,please arrange the  
             Interlock switch and lamp cable to  
              the notch (as blue square).
         2. When assemble ,please arrange the  
             16Pin cable and 5Pin cable to the  
             Shileding notch(as green square)
2. Unplug 1 connector (as yellow square).

Tie band
3.  Unscrew 1 screw (as green circle) to 
disassemble the THERMAL SENSOR
board.
4. Unplug 1 connector (as red square).
5. Unscrew 2 screw (as yellow circles).
Thermal Sensor 
board
Depending on the products, the tie band 
may be used to fix the LAMP DRIVER
board on the shield. In this case, use the 
tie band as shown in the picture to fix the
board.

6. Unhook 2 spacer hooks (as blue square)
to disassemble LAMP DRIVER board.
  Spacer parts no: H518PE43H001

.Unplug 5 connectors (as green squares).
8. Unscrew 4 screws (as red circles) to  
     disassemble POWER board.
9. 
Take off Mylar (as yellow square).

2-8  Disassemble Speaker and 
AC Inlet Bracket
1. Tear off the EMI TAPE (as red square)
and unscrew 3 screws (as red circles) 
and unscrew 1 screw(as blue circle) to  
remove the right speaker module.
2.Unscrew 4 screws (as yellow circles) and  
    remove the Sponge (as yellow square).
3.Disassemble Speaker.
4. Unscrew 3 screws (as yellow circles) to  
disassemble AC Inlet Bracket .
