6.1 Unpacking
Check the condition and contents of the box for any shipping damage and
completeness before installation.(Visual check)
*Check the contents of the box.

6.2 Installation procedure
Please keep this procedure (It is not printed in the Service Manual).
Remove the shipping materials before the installation.
Caution: Make sure the copier is unplugged before the installation.
Remove the pre-stamped holes (2
position) knock outs from the copier right
cover.
Remove the blind cover from the
copier right cover.
(1) Open the copier right door
(2) Press each finger (3 fingers) of the
blind cover.
(3) Remove the blind cover.

Install the paper guide. (2 screws)

Install the LCC rail.
(2 screws)
Note: To make installation easiler,
remove the LCC from the rail
assembly.

Set the LCC onto the rail and install the
fixing screws.

Connect the lattice connector of the LCC
to the copier.
      * When  the  system  console  is
installed, connect the connector of
the system console to the LCC.

Side-to-side adjustment
Before adjustment, make sure that the
copier is operating properly.
Loosen the two screws of the LCC rail,
and move it front or rear accordingly.

Height adjustment
Check the gap between the copier and
LCC.
Gap "A" and "B" should be equal.
If they are not equal, adjust the two
adjusting feet.
Lock the adjusting feet into position with
the nut on each foot.
