8.2.26. Remove the C3-Board
1. Unlock the cable clampers to free the cable.
2. Remove the DD-Heat-sink fastening screws (
×10 ).
3. Remove the DD-Heat-sink (
×5).
4. Disconnect the flexible cables (CB11, CB12, CB13, CB14
and CB15).
5. Disconnect the flexible cable (C36).
6. Disconnect the connectors (C33 and C35).
7. Remove the screws (
×4 
) and remove the C3-Board.
8.2.27. Remove the Barrier
1. Remove the Print Circuit Board.
2. Remove the Barriers.
8.2.28. Remove the Control button
1. Disconnect the flexible cable (J1). (See section 8.2.17.)
2. Remove the screws (
×11 ).
3. Remove the Cabinet bottom.
4. Remove the Control button.
8.2.29. Remove the Corner metal
1. Remove the screws (

each).
2. Remove the Corner metal (LT, RT).
3. Remove the screws (
×3 
 each) and remove the screw

each).
4. Remove the Corner metal (LB, RB).
8.2.30. Remove the Cabinet assy from the
Plasma panel.
1. Place the Cabinet assy on a flat surface of a table (cov-
ered by a soft cloth) and a cushion.

2. Remove the Corner metal. (See section 8.2.29.)
3. Remove the screws (
×18 ).
4. Remove the Cabinet assy from the Plasma panel.
5. Remove the Spacer A (
×6 
) from the Plasma panel.
6. Remove the Spacer B (
×6 
) from the Cabinet assy.
8.2.31. Replace the plasma panel
Caution:
Place the Plasma panel on a flat surface of a table (cov-
ered by a soft cloth) and a cushion.
A new plasma panel itself without Cabinet assy is fragile. 
To avoid the damage to new plasma panel, carry a new 
plasma panel taking hold of the Cabinet assy.
1. Place a carton box packed a new plasma panel on the flat
surface of the work bench.
2. Open a box and without taking a new plasma panel.
3. Attach the cabinet assy and each P.C.Board and so on, to
the new plasma panel.
*When fitting the cabinet assy, be careful not to allow any 
debris, dust or handling residue to remain between the 
cabinet assy and plasma panel.

9 Measurements and Adjustments
9.1.
Adjustment Procedure

Driver Set-up

1. Input a white signal to plasma video input.
2. Set the picture controls as follows.
Picture menu : Dynamic
PNR : Min
Aspect : 16:9
Caution
1. First perform Vsus adjustment.
2. The Vscn voltages are measured from the Vad (Vad_base), but may be measured from the GND (GND_base) in an 
unavoidable case.

Adjust driver section voltages referring the panel data on the panel data label.
Check or adjust the following voltages with the multimeter.

Initialization Pulse Adjust 
1. Input the White signal to plasma video input.
2. Set the picture controls as follows.

PNR : Min
Aspect : 16:9
3. Connect Oscilloscope to TPSC1 (SC).
Check the voltage (T2) at 100
μs period on the down slop.

P.C.B. (Printed Circuit Board) exchange
9.1.3.1.
Caution
1. To remove P.C.B., wait 1 minute after power was off for discharge from electrolysis capacitors.

Quick adjustment after P.C.B. exchange
Adjust the following voltages with the multimeter.
*See the Panel label.
Caution: 
Absolutely do not reduce Vsus below Ve not to damage the P.C.B.
