8. Stick the Fan Sponge around the Fan.
Note:
The Fan Sponge is not re-usable.
Please use a new one when Fan exchange.

9.14. Removal of SU-Board and SD-
Board
1. Remove the flexible cables from the connectors (SU1,
SU2, SU3, SU4, SU5, SU11, SD1, SD2, SD3, SD4, SD5,
SD11).

2. Disconnect the connectors (SU41, SD42, SD46).
3. Remove 6 screws ( ).

Note: when fixing SU-Board and SD-Board

9.15. Removal of SC-Board
1. Disconnect the Fan Relay Connector.
2. Remove 4 screws and then remove the Fan Block (1).

3. Disconnect the connectors (SU41, SD42, SD46).
4. Remove 6 screws ( ).
5. Remove 6 screws ( ).
6. Turn over SU-Board and SD-Board to the left.

Note:
Do not damage the Flexible Cables of SU-Board and
SD-Board, and the parts on SC-Board.

5. Remove 10 screws ( ) and then remove the flexible
cables from the connectors (CB1, CB2, CB3, CB4, CB5).
6. Remove 5 screws ( ) and then remove C1-Board.
9.19. Removal of C2-Board
1. Remove the flexible cables from the connectors (C20,
C21, C26).
2. Remove 10 screws ( ) and then remove the flexible
cables from the connectors (CB6, CB7, CB8, CB9,
CB10).

1. Remove 2 screws ( ).

Note: when fixing Plasma Display Panel Block
• Screw on 2 screws (*1) firstly.
5. Pull the bottom of the Plasma Display Panel Block for-
ward (arrow1).
6. Slide the Plasma Display Panel Block and then remove
the Plasma Display Panel Block (arrow2).

Removal of Front Glass
1. Remove 8 screws and then the Rear Cover Fixed Angles
(upper, bottom).
Note: when fixing the Rear Cover Fixed Angle
• Screw on 2 screws (*1) firstly.
