Please check the voltage at pin1-2 , A25 terminal.
DTV12V is supplied by P board.

15V is distributed to IC9805 and IC9806.
In this chapter IC9805 is more important.
IC9805 converts 15V to 3.3V and output from pin 4, pin5 and pin6.
3.3V is supplied to IC9303 Flash memory and IC9902/9903 DDR memory.

On the other hand, this 3.3V is monitored by IC9003 Panel Control Micom.
Therefore when output 3.3V from IC9805 has trouble, IC9003 send SOS
to IC1100 standby micom.
In many case, IC9805 trouble causes the LED to blink 3 times.
Note ： IC 9003 monitors P board, SC board and SS board trouble, too.
