Requirement after replacing and servicing
Perform the following after replacing, servicing or handling the parts/boards/sensors, etc. to confirm the quality.

3. Check the following parts' condition
(1) Is CF300 broken?
(2) Is L311 broken?
4. Monitor the following pins.
(1) D300 (Cathode voltage) : DC 4 V to 5 V
(2) IC323-2nd pin: DC 5 V
5. Replace faulty parts or CONTROL Board.
2. Check the power supply from the PC.
JK300 (CONTROL Board) -1st pin: DC 4 to 5 V
(Note: The supply capability may be small.)
3. Check the following parts' condition
(1) Is CF300 broken?
(2) Is L311 broken?
4. Monitor the following pins.
(1) D300 (Cathode voltage) : DC 4 V to 5 V
(2) IC323-2nd pin: DC 5 V
5. Replace faulty parts or CONTROL Board.

1. Check the connection between CN700 (LED Board) and CN302 (CONTROL Board).
2. Check the soldering condition of D701, R702, and R703 on the LED Board.
3. Check the soldering condition of IC314, IC316, and Q304 on the CONTROL Board.
4. Monitor the following signals on the LED Board.
(1) CN700-4th pin: Approx. 0 V
(2) CN700-1st pin: Approx. +5 V
5. Monitor the following signals on the CONTROL Board.
(1) IC314-4th pin: Approx. +5 V
(2) IC316-14th pin: Approx. +5 V
6. Replace faulty parts or boards.
2. Check the soldering condition of D701, R702, and R703 on the LED Board.
3. Check the soldering condition of IC314, IC316, and Q304 on the CONTROL Board.
4. Monitor the following signals on the LED Board.
(1) CN700-4th pin: Approx. 0 V
(2) CN700-1st pin: Approx. +5 V
5. Monitor the following signals on the CONTROL Board.
(1) IC314-4th pin: Approx. +5 V
(2) IC316-14th pin: Approx. +5 V
6. Replace faulty parts or boards.

(2) IC312-38th pin: 5 Vp-p pulse (Note: Inversion signal of the 3rd pin for CN302)
6. Replace faulty parts or boards.
2. Check the soldering condition of D700, R700, and R701 on the LED Board.
3. Check the soldering condition of IC312 and Q305 on the CONTROL Board.
4. Monitor the following signal on the LED Board.
CN700-3rd pin: 5 Vp-p pulse
5. Monitor the following signal on the CONTROL Board.
(1) CN302-3rd pin: 5 Vp-p pulse
(2) IC312-38th pin: 5 Vp-p pulse (Note: Inversion signal of the 3rd pin for CN302)
6. Replace faulty parts or boards.

(1) IC312-9th and 10th pins : +5 V

(3) IC312-14th pin (Reset): Approx. +5 V
3. Replace faulty parts or boards.
2. Monitor the following signals on the CONTROL Board.
(1) IC312-9th and 10th pins : +5 V

6 DISASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
6.1.
LED Board and CONTROL Board
1. Remove the screws.

2. Remove the Lower Frame Cover.
(1) Remove the Lower Frame Cover downwards.
(Applicable to Panaboard Product's Serial No. C2297MA1001

(2) Life the bottom of the Lower Frame Cover to remove it in the

3. Remove the 4 screws (B).
4. Remove the Control - power Cover Front in the direction of the

5. If necessary, remove the LED Light Guides from the

7. Disconnect the LED Harness and remove the LED board from

8. If necessary, remove the 2 screws (D), clamper, and LED
Base.

10. Remove the Control PCB Cover Plate.
