4. Remove 2 screws holding hinge U on left hinge (hinge C) &
right hinge (hinge B).
5. Remove 1 screw holding harness protector.
6. Release 2 locking tabs on harness protector to unfold it.
7. Draw out door U’s harness from the harness protector.
8. Close the door half way to allow the door hinge come out

9. To install the door to the oven
a. Insert the left and right hinges into the hole.
b. Open the door entirely.
c. Turn both left and right hinge pins to the initial position.

CAUTION
After replacement of the defective components parts of the door,
reassemble it properly and adjustment.

5.3. Heater FU (High Temperature

1. Remove 2 screws holding thermal cutout bracket on the
steam heater.
5.3.1. Heater FU (High Temperature
Steam Heater )
1. Disconnect 2 connectors from heater FU terminals.
2. Remove 1 screw holding thermistor.
3. Remove 4 screws holding heater FU.
4. Slide upward the heater FU, and then take it down.
5. Pull out 2 connect pipes between heater FU and heater DU.
5. Pull out 2 connect pipes between heater FU and heater DU.
NOTE:
Before installing thermistor, please fill enough silicon grease into the
installation hole of heater FU for good conductibility.

5.3.2. Heater DU (Steam Heater)
1. Disconnect 2 connectors from heater DU terminals.
2. Remove 1 screw holding thermistor.
3. Remove 2 screws holding heater DU.
4. Slide upward the heater DU, and then take it down.
5. Pull out 4 pipes connect to heater DU.
5. Pull out 4 pipes connect to heater DU.
NOTE:
Before installing thermistor, please fill enough silicon grease into the
installation hole of heater DU for good conductibility.
