Step 1 : Remove Power Button and Auto REC Button from
Front Panel.

Step 2 : Lift up USB Lid as arrow shown.

Step 3: Press Cass Lid Unit at the right side as arrow shown.

 • Disassembly of USB Lid Spring

Caution : Keep the USB Lid Spring unit in safe place.

Step 1 : Release the Spring.

Step 2 : Exert force to push towards the right side to release
CD Lid.

Step 3: Remove CD Lid as arrow shown.

9.1.1. Disassembly of traverse unit

Step 1: Release the guide.

Step 2: Push the traverse slide plate (rib), ensure both grooves
are opened.

Step 3: Slide out the traverse unit as arrow shown.

Caution:

Ensure the OPU is face upwards, avoid touching the
surface of the traverse unit.
