10.10. Disassembly of Rear panel
     ·    Follow (Step 1) to (Step 3) of Item 10.3.
Step 1 Remove 11 screws.
Step 2 Detach fan unit connector. (CN5704)
Step 3 Release the tabs.
Step 4 Remove the rear panel.

P.C.B.
     ·    Follow (Step 1) to (Step 3) of Item 10.3.
     ·    Follow (Step 1) to (Step 5) of Item 10.4.
     ·    Follow (Step 1) to (Step 3) of Item 10.7.
     ·    Follow (Step 1) to (Step 4) of Item 10.8.
Step 1 Remove 2 screws.
Step 2 Remove the mecha holder.
Step 3 Remove 1 screw.
Step 4 Detach FFC cables at the connectors.(CN2001 &
CN2102)
Step 5 Remove HDMI Module P.C.B.
Caution: Do not apply or exert excessive force when
detaching the FFC cables.

P.C.B.
     ·    Follow (Step 1) to (Step 3) of Item 10.3.
     ·    Follow (Step 1) to (Step 5) of Item 10.4.
     ·    Follow (Step 1) to (Step 4) of Item 10.5.
Step 1 Remove 7 screws.

Step 2 Remove 2 screws. (side fan unit)
Step 3 Detach fan unit (CN5704 & CN5714).
     ·    Disassembly of AC-Inlet P.C.B.
Step 4 Release the tab.
Step 5 Remove AC-Inlet P.C.B. from connector. (CN5711)
Step 6 Detach FFC cables from the connectors.
(CN2001,CN2008, CN2012 & CS901)
Step 7 Remove 3 screws. (Main P.C.B.)
Step 8 Remove Main & Tuner Extent P.C.B.
10.13. Disassembly of Digital Amp IC
(IC5000)
     ·    Follow (Step 1) to (Step 3) of Item 10.3.
     ·    Follow (Step 1) to (Step 5) of Item 10.4.
     ·    Follow (Step 1) to (Step 4) of Item 10.5.
     ·    Follow (Step 1) to (Step 8) of Item 10.12.
     ·    For IC5000 (digital amp IC) replacement.
Step 1 Desolder all the pins of digital amp IC.
Step 2 Remove the Heat Sink Clip in the direction of the
arrows.
Step 3 Remove the digital amp IC (IC5000).
Note: For disassembly of IC5300, repeat the (Step 1) to (Step
3). Refer to the diagrams of Main P.C.B. (Section 21.2) for
location of the parts.
10.14. Disassembly of Regulator
Diodes & Transistor
     ·    Follow (Step 1) to (Step 3) of Item 10.3.
     ·    Follow (Step 1) to (Step 5) of Item 10.4.
     ·    Follow (Step 1) to (Step 4) of Item 10.5.
     ·    Follow (Step 1) to (Step 8) of Item 10.12.
Note: It is necessary confirmation of not working parts before
replacement. Replaced only not working parts.
Step 1 Desolder all pins of D5711, D5712, D5716, Q5740.
Step 2 Desolder 2 pins of Heatsink D.
Step 3 Remove the Heatsink D from Main P.C.B.

Step 4 Remove the screws.
Step 5 Remove the Regulator Diodes & Transistor.
Note: Refer to the diagrams of Main P.C.B. (Section 21.2) for
location of the parts.
10.15. Disassembly of Switch
Regulator IC (IC5701/D5702)
     ·    Follow (Step 1) to (Step 3) of Item 10.3.
     ·    Follow (Step 1) to (Step 5) of Item 10.4.
     ·    Follow (Step 1) to (Step 4) of Item 10.5.
     ·    Follow (Step 1) to (Step 8) of Item 10.12.
Step 1 Desolder all pins of IC5701 & D5702.
Step 2 Desolder 2 pins of Heatsink C.
Step 3 Remove the Heatsink C from Main P.C.B.
Step 4 Remove the screws.
Step 5 Remove the Switch Regulator
IC & Diode
(IC5701/D5702).
Note: Refer to the diagrams of Main P.C.B. (Section 21.2) for
location of the parts.
Caution: Be careful when removing the Switch Regulator
IC which has high temperature after prolonged use.

Caution: Avoid the contact between DVD mechanism unit
and HDMI P.C.B. by placing the mechanism unit on higher
position.
