     ·    Follow Item 9.3.
Step 1 Remove the DVD lid.
Step 2 Detach FFC cables at connectors. (CN2006, CN2007 &
CN2017)
Step 3 Remove 1 screw.

Step 4 Upset and release the tabs.

Step 5 Detach the front panel assembly.
Special Note: Avoid placing the set in a position that might
cause damage to the jacks when removing the front panel
assembly.

     ·    Follow Item 9.5.
Step 1 Remove the volume knob & mic knob.

     ·    Disassembly of Music Port P.C.B.
Step 2 Remove 2 screws.
Step 3 Remove the front angle.
Step 4 Remove Music Port P.C.B.
     ·    Disassembly of FL P.C.B., Top Button P.C.B. & Mic P.C.B.
Step 5 Remove 1 screw and the panel angle.

Step 6 Remove 6 screws.
Step 7 Remove FL P.C.B., Top Button P.C.B. & Mic P.C.B.

     ·    Follow Item 9.3.
     ·    Follow (Step 1) of Item 9.5.
Step 1 Remove 2 screws.
Step 2 Detach FFC cables at connectors. (CS901, CN2001).
Step 3 Lift up the mechanism unit vertically to remove it.

     ·    Follow Item 9.7.
Step 1 Remove 4 screws.
Step 2 Detach FFC cables at the connectors.(FP8251,
FP8531)

     ·    Follow Item 9.3.
Step 1 Remove 9 screws.
Step 2 Detach connector (CN5704) at fan unit.
Step 3 Release the tabs.
Step 4 Remove the rear panel.

     ·    Follow Item 9.3.
     ·    Follow Item 9.9.
Step 1 Detach FFC cable at connector. (CN2008)
Step 2 Remove Scart P.C.B.

     ·    Follow Item 9.7.
     ·    Follow Item 9.10.
Step 1 Remove 5 screws.
Step 2 Lift up and remove Main P.C.B., AC-Inlet P.C.B. and
Tuner Extent P.C.B.

     ·    Follow (Step 1) to (Step 2) of Item 9.11.
     ·    Disassembly of digital amp IC (IC5000).
Step 1 Desolder all the pins of the digital amp IC.
Step 2 Release the claws and remove the heat sink clip.
Step 3 Remove the digital amp IC.

Note: Use same procedures for IC5200 & IC5300 respectively.

     ·    Follow (Step 1) to (Step 2) of Item 9.11.
Step 1 Desolder all pins of IC5400.
Step 2 Desolder 2 pins of Heat Sink B.
Step 3 Remove the Digital Amp IC (IC5400).

Note: Refer to the diagrams of Main P.C.B. (Section 19.2) for
location of the parts.

     ·    Follow (Step 1) to (Step 2) of Item 9.11.
Step 1 Desolder all pins of D5711, D5712, D5716, Q5740.
Step 2 Desolder 2 pins of Regulator IC.
Step 3 Remove the Regulator IC.

Note: Refer to the diagrams of Main P.C.B. (Section 19.2) for
location of the parts.

     ·    Follow (Step 1) to (Step 2) of Item 9.11.
Step 1 Desolder all pins of IC5701.
Step 2 Desolder 2 pins of Switch Regulator IC.
Step 3 Remove the Switch Regulator IC.

Note: Refer to the diagrams of Main P.C.B. (Section 19.2) for
location of the parts.
Caution: Be careful when removing the Switch Regulator
IC which has high temperature after prolonged use.
