4-5. DISASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION
1) Disassembly of Front Panel
& PCB Assembly
Be sure to unplug the power to repair and
replace electric parts.
Fuse is located in the PCB assembly For fuse
replacement use the following rated fuse 
* Rating of fuse
- 250V 6A fusing type for 220-240V product
- 125V 12A fusing type for 100-127V product 
Remove two screw caps using a sharp tool
and two front panel fixing screws.
Be sure to make earth connection for trouble
diagnosis and parts replacement. If impossible,
touch earth wire on the body to remove electric
deviation between the body and product before
work.
CAUTION FOR ELECTROSTATICS
1
Push the front panel to the left side then
pull it out.

Disconnect the leads from the controller.

Remove 4 screw from the front panel.

Remove the PCB Assembly.

2) Disassembly of Back Panel, Power
Cord, Inlet Valve & BP Sensor

Remove two back panel fixing screws in the
back side.

Disassemble the back panel.

Disconnect two connectors and disassemble
the power cord.

Remove the inlet valve.

Remove the BP sensor.
7
Disconnect the leads & the pressure tube from
the BP sensor.

Remove a valve fixing screw & disconnect the
leads form the inlet valve.

3) Disassembly of Back cover, Drain
Pump.
Remove back cover fixing screws then
disassemble the back cover.
1
Disconnect the leads and the drain hose-p from
the drain pump.
2
Remove the pump fixing screws and the
connector hose disassemble the drain pump.

4) Replacement of Damper asm
Separate top cover from washing machine.

For assembly, keep the following.(Location & color)

As in the fig, lift snubber bar and take it out of
out case with out tub.
2
Damper assembly shall not be disassembled.
Replace damper as assembly.
