3. Untigten the M-30 nut fastening the pulsator
shaft assembly. (fig.21)
To assembly the pulsator shaft assembly, reverse
the disassembly procedure.
4-5. Pulsator Shaft Assembly
Replacement
After seprating the panel assemble, the safety cover
assembly, the spin dryer basket assembly, the spin
dryer cover, the drain hose, the drain hose-D
(For pump model) and the back cover, proceed
as follows:
To assemble the tub assembly, reverse the
disassembly procedure.
After separating the tub assembly, proceed as follows:
1. Untighten the pulsator fixing screw and separate
the pulsator from the tub. (fig.19)
2. Lay the tub assembly on a blanket or some
carboard and untighten the bolt fastening the
pulsator shaft and pull out the pulsator pulley.

2. Untighten 10 screws and separate the tub
assembly from the cabinet. (fig.18)

1.Untighten the plunger valve cover by rotating in
the direction of the arrow. (fig.25)
The bellows assembly attached to the unit cannot be
separated unless it is torn off.
4. Tighten the bolt of the coupling assembly while
adjusting it to the cutter split made in the spin shaft.
(fig.24)
The assembly procedure is as follows:
1.Insert the bellows assembly into the bellows
supporter.
2.Fit them by pushing the bellows assembly and
the bellows supporter at the same time in the
spin tub bottom. (fig.23)
3.Pass the spin shaft through the center hole of the
bellows assembly and the insert it into the coupling
assembly. (fig.23)

4-6. Bellows Assembly Replacement
1.Remove the belllows assembly. (fig.22)
2.Remove the bellows supporter by using slip joint
pliers to the tub bottom. (fig.22)

If the leakage occurs at the spin tub after
assembling the bellows assembly and the bellows
supporter, it is wrong. It could cause an electrical
shock  or a fire, therefore they should be securely
assembled again.
4-7. Plunger Valve Assembly
Replacement
After separating the plunger valve strap from the
rod proceed as follows:

2.After separating the tub assembly from the
cabinet, untighten the screw to separte the
pump assembly from the cabinet. (fig.28)
When replacing the plunger valve assembly, take
care not to cause water leakage.

2.Separate the cover, the spring, the rod and the
bellows from the plunger valve case. (fig.26)

Apply adhesive or use hose clamps on all joints to
prevent water leaks.
1.Separate all hoses (the drain hose-D, and the
outlet hose assembly) from the drain pump
assembly. (fig.27)

(For pump model)
To assemble the plunger valve assembly, reverse
the disassembly procedure.
To assemble the drain pump assembly, reverse the
disassembly procedure.

After separating the tub assembly from the cabinet,
proceed as follows:
4. Untighten the fixing bolt, fastening the motor shaft
and pull out the coupling assembly. (fig.31)
3. To separate the spin motor from the vibration
damper assemblies, untighten 3 screws. (fig.30)
1. Lay the washing machine on its front side on a 
blanket or cardboard.
2. To separate the spin motor assembly from the
cabinet, hold the spin motor and push the 3
hooks in the direction of the arrows. (fig.29)
5. Untighten 3 screws and separate the brake
assembly from the spin motor. (fig.32)

NOTE
In case of replacing the spin motor, the coupling
assembly must be exchanged with new one.
To assemble the spin motor, reverse the
disassembly procedure.
After separating the tub assembly from the cabinet,
proceed as follows:
1. To separate wash motor assembly from the
cabinet, untighten 3 screws. (fig.34)
