8.1 Test Procedure
The minimum area of the ground reference plane is 1 m x 1 m, and connected to earth via a low
impedance connection.
The EFT/Burst generator was located on the ground reference plane.
The EUT was located 0.1 m above the ground reference plane.
The minimum distance between the EUT and all other conductive structures, except the ground
reference plane is more than 0.5 m.
The test voltage was applied simultaneously between each of the power supply conductors and the
protective earth at the power supply.
