REPLACING THE POWER SUPPLY BOARDS
1. Locate G3 Power Supply Board, disconnect all connectors, then remove
5 screws and lift as shown to detach.

2. Remove screws and connectors from G5 Power Supply Board, then lift
as shown to detach from TV.

3. Locate the Sheet Insulation G35 and lift as shown to detach.

4. Locate and remove 5 screws and allconnectors from G6 Power Supply
Board, then lift as shown to detach from TV.

Self Check screen.

2. Remove 1 screw from Holder, Side SW and lift as shown to detach.
3. Install the new Switch Unit and the connector.

1. Locate the USB Assembly, release the clip and lift as shown to detach.

2. Release the USB connector from the Bracket, Top.

5. Locate the Sheet Insulation G6 and lift as shown to detach.

6. Install the new Power Supply Boards, Sheet Insulation, screws and
connectors.
7. Update the Software.
After ALL repairs UPDATE the SOFTWARE to the latest version.

Authorized Service Portal website.

a. Insert the USB device with the latest Software into one of the TVs’
USB ports.
b. Connect TV to AC power.
c. Wait at least 20 seconds.
d. Press Power

on the TV to turn it ON.
e. Wait until the Software update is completed.
REPLACING THE SWITCH UNIT
1. Release the clips and lift the Switch Unit to detach, then disconnect its
connector.

1. Remove 1 screw from the Bracket, SC Left and slide it left to detach.
2. Remove 1 screw from the Bracket, SC Right and slide it right to detach.
3. Locate the Base, Bracket Top, remove 2 screws and lift as shown
to detach.
