Remote Control Configuration for AV devices
To eliminate the amount of remote controls you need, this remote control will operate the main functions of
some Sony’s DAV, Sony’s AV receivers as well as Sony’s STB (see the table on the following page with the
available devices).

To operate these devices with this remote needs to be configured.
To do this:
• Before you start, look up the 3digit code of your device from the list on the following page.

Troubleshooting
Here are some simple solutions to problems which may affect the picture and sound.

Solution
• Using the menu system, select the “Manual Programme Preset” menu and
adjust Fine Tuning (AFT) to obtain better picture reception (see page 20).
• Using the menu system, select the “Noise Reduction” option in the “Picture
Adjustment” menu and select “Auto” to reduce the noise in the picture
(see page 13).
