ADJUSTMENTS
2-1. AGING
2-1-1. Aging setting
1.
To set aging mode on no input signal, change the register.
And do the “service save”.
[Aging setting]
“MON_CON_REG_2” = 189
“AGING_COLOR” = 1
2-1-2. Aging condition
Power supply : 220-240 V (AC, 50Hz)
Time
: More than 30 minutes
Temperature
: 22ºC ~ 28ºC
Luminance
: On aging mode setting
Note:
After aging, if power was shut down until W/B adjusutment, shall
be adjusted W/B after aging more than 30 second.
2-2. ADJUSTMENT OF SIGNAL LEVEL
This adjustment shall be used ECS.
2-2-1. Check AD (2163 case) calibration

Select VIDEO1 and input PAL signal.

Set the following items.

Send “READ_PW_INPUT_Y”  command from ECS.

SET “THROUGH” =0.

Check that the detection value of “PW_INPUT_Y”  is  within
the standard of following column.
