1. Remove all screw to disassemble Rear Cover.
2. Remove the AC cover with using screw driver or other thin tool.

Be careful not give damage to AC code.

3. Remove the AC code from TV set.
4. Remove the Rear Cover until side-hook unlocks.
5. Open the Rear Cover as below photo showing. And remove it from TV-set completely.

Note: When closing the rear cover, to prevent EMI, make sure that the FFC cable is touching the back chassis only with the cushions on it. Any other 

parts of the FFC cable, e.g., because of deflection, should not touch the back chassis.

1. Put the Rear Cover as below photo showing. And assemble it to TV-set completely.
2. Press the Rear Cover as below photo showing. And make the Hook to lock with Bezel completely.

Notice for re-assemble Rear Cover

Press Hook area of Rear Cover until locking sound can be heard.
And check that Rear Cover has locked to Bezel by your eye. (refer to photo)
After that, screw up for Rear Cover fixing.

Note: The parts (SUPPORT POWER BOARD) which stuck the himeron tape are used for the mass-production TV.

However, When this SUPPORT POWER BOARD replacement is needed at service, since a himeron tape is unnecessary, please use 4-294-841-01 SUPPORT POWER 
BOARD (SQUARE) instead.
