2-3-2. Y Level/COLOR adjustment of

1.
Set “PICTURE_MODE” = 2 (Pro) and change the register
setting to the following values.

Adjust CCP’s Y_LEVEL to set the value of BOLT’s G OUT
as follows.

2-1. AGING
2-1-1. Aging setting
1.
To set aging mode on no input signal, change the register.
And do the “service mode”.

2-1-2. Aging conditions
Applied voltage
: Rated
Interval of time
: Over 30 min
Ambient temperature : 22°C to 28°C
Pattern
: All-white is set by aging mode
[Transition of LED indication during aging]
When AGING_TIMER > 0
Green (0.5sec) -> Off (0.5sec) -> Green (0.5sec) -> Off (0.5sec)
When AGING_TIMER = 0
Green (3.0sec) -> Off (3.0sec) -> Green (3.0sec) -> Off (3.0sec)
Note:
After aging, if power was shut down until W/B adjustment, shall
be adjusted W/B after aging more than 30 second.
2-2. MEASUREMENT EQUIPMENT
1.
Color analyzer (CA-210) manufactured by MINOLUTA.

Signal generator.

1.
Copy the Y Level/COLOR adjustment values of component
input to the EEPROMs for HDMI D1, D2, D3, D4, and VGA
respectively.
Copy the D2 adjustment values for VGA.

Video input (by using a jig)
1.
Set PICTURE_MODE = 2 (Pro), and then change the
register setting to the following values.
