ADJUSTMENTS
< PREPARATIONS >
1. Aging
• Input no signal and set the monitor to aging mode.
• Aging Setting
MON_CON_REG_2 = 152
2. Aging condition
Power supply : 120V AC, 60Hz
Time : More than 10 minutes
Temperature : 22ºC to 28ºC
Luminance : On aging mode setting
Note:
When the power is cycled between aging and W/B adjustment,
perform the aging in 30sec or more before the W/B
adjustment.
2-1. Adjustment of signal level.
2-1-1. Check AD calibration registration items.
1. Check that follows items are default .
2-1-2. Y signal AD calibration of TV/VIDEO
input.
1. Check “CO_CTRL” = 0
2. Set data as follows.
3. Input 0 IRE black full field with burst in video 1 input .
4. Send “READ_PW_INPUT_Y” command from ECS.
5. Check thgat the detection value of “PW_INPUT_Y” is within
the standard of the following column.
6. Input 100 IRE white full field with burst.
7. Send “ADJUST_Y_LEVEL_VIDEO” command from ECS.
The Y_LEVEL_CCP2_04 registration of the video range is
adjusted automatic by this command.
Adjustment value also is copied in the TV and S video range.
8. Check that the detection value of “PW_INPUT_Y” is within
the standard of the following column.
2-1-3. C signal AD calibration of TV/VIDEO
input.
1. Check “MON_CON_REG 1” = 3
2. Set data as follows.
3. Input 0 IRE black full field with burst in video input .
4. Send “READ_PW_INPUT_CB” command from ECS.
5. Check thgat the detection value of “PW_INPUT_CB” is
within the standard of the following column.
6. Input blue full field with burst.
7. Send “ADJUST_C_LEVEL_VIDEO” command from ECS.
The C_LEVEL_CCP2_05 registration of the video range is
adjusted automatic by this command.
The value that increased and redused offset data is copied in
the TV and S video range.
8. Check that the detection value of “PW_INPUT_CB” is within
the standard of the following column.
9. Input red full field with burst.
10. Send “READ_PW_INPUT_CR” command from ECS.
11. Check that the detection value of “PW_INPUT_CR” is within
the standard of the following column.

4. Send “READ_PW_INPUT_Y” command from ECS.
5. Check thgat the detection value of “PW_INPUT_Y” is within
the standard of the following column.
6. Input 100 IRE white full field with burst.
7. Send “ADJUST_Y_LEVEL_D1” command from ECS.
The Y_LEVEL_CCP2_04 registration of the D1 range is ad-
justed automatic by this command.
