SECTION 2: ADJUSTMENTS
2-2. RESETTING DATA
The TEST RESET resets all the customers adjustable data on the set to
the factory defaults.

1. Enter into Service Mode.
2. Select TEST RESET from the Service Mode menu.
3. Press the POWER button on the remote to reset the customer data.
Set will turn off then on again and return to Service Mode.
2-3. AGING MODE
Aging mode is designed to remove image retention from the screen.
Note: Once you enter into Aging mode the remote commander no longer
functions with the set. To turn off the set push the Power Button on
the set.

1. Enter into Service Mode.
2. Select AGING MODE from the Service Mode menu.
3. When Aging is complete, turn the set off.
2-1. WHITE BALANCE ADJUSTMENTS
1. Input a grayscale pattern.
2. Enter into Service Mode.
3. Select ADJ ITEM from the Service Mode menu.
4. Press the MENU button on the remote to display the Customer
Menu.
5. From the Mode list select Pro.
6. Press the MENU button on the remote to clear the customer menu.
7. From the ADJ ITEM list do the following:
a. Adjust
R DRIVE, G DRIVE, and B DRIVE for correct white
balance in high lighted areas.
b. Adjust
R BKG, G BKG, and B BKG for correct white balance in
low lighted areas.
Note: Adjusments automatically save.
8. Repeat steps 4 through 7 for Standard and Vivid mode.
9. When changes are complete, turn the set off then back on.

Note: Panel Voltage Adjustment must be performed whenever the panel
or the G2 Board is replaced.
1. Connect All White Video Signal to Video Input.
2. Adjust the following variable resistors:
