SECTION 3 - REPAIR INFORMATION
3. Disconnect remaining connectors.
4. Remove 5 screws and 1 Spacer from the Main Board. Lift to detach.
5. Install the new Main Board and screws.
6. Reconnect the LVDS, FFC cables, and all other connectors.
CAUTION: Make sure the black line is aligned to the connector before
locking.

a. Insert LVDS cable in the connector and close black locking bar to
secure position.
REPLACING THE MAIN BOARD
The Main Board used in these models is available for repair. For Part
Number information refer to

1. Disconnect LVDS and FFC cables.
a. Lift the black locking bar and pull LVDS cable to release.
b. Lift the black locking bar and pull FFC cables to release.
2. Disconnect 2 connectors from the Antenna.

b. Holding the FFC cables, insert into the connector and close black
locking bar to secure position.
7. Update the Software.
After ALL repairs UPDATE the SOFTWARE to the latest version.

to turn on the TV.
b. Insert the USB device with the latest Software into the TV.

h. During the Software update, the TV automatically restarts.
i. Series of different messages will appear on the TV set.
Please follow the on screen instructions.
NOTE:
An information LED may be flashing on the front bottom
of the TV.
j. After several minutes the TV may automatically restart again to
complete the update.
CAUTION: DO NOT TURN OFF THE TV OR UNPLUG THE
POWER CORD WHILE THE UPDATE IS IN PROGRESS.
k. Remove the USB device from the TV.
8. Access
Service Mode by pressing the following buttons within 1 second
of each other:
