SECTION 1: DISASSEMBLY
1-1. REAR COVER REMOVAL
1 Remove 16 screws from Rear Cover
2 Remove 1 screw from Side Jack position
3 Remove 1 screw from Terminal position
4 Remove 4 screws from VESA positions
5 Remove 3 screws from Bottom Frame positions
6 Carefully lift Rear Cover Terminal side up and rotate toward Switch Unit side
7 Release Clamp and remove Rear Cover from Front Cabinet Assembly
NOTE:
The Rear Cover is attached to Front Cabinet Assembly with a small Clamp.
Use caution when removing the Rear Cover not to damage the Clamp.
To re-install the Rear Cover, press down the Clamp to lock into position.

1-3. BM3 BOARD AND G7N (POWER) BOARD REMOVAL
1 Disconnect 5 connectors from D4N Board
2 Remove 2 screws from D4N Board
3 Unhook Side Jack from BM3 Board position
4 Disconnect 5 connectors from BM3 Board
5 Remove 8 screws from BM3 Board
6 Disconnect 7 connectors from G7N (Power) Board
7 Remove 2 screws from G7N (Power) Board
8 Disconnect 5 connectors from D3N Board
9 Remove 2 screws from D3N Board
1 Push Point A as shown and rotate Switch Unit clockwise to release the hook from the Front Cabinet Assembly.
2 Push Point B as shown and rotate Switch Unit counterclockwise to release the hook from the Front Cabinet Assembly.
3 Disconnect 1 connector from Switch Unit

1 Gently place the TV set face down onto a soft cloth
2 Remove 4 screws from Table-Top Stand Assembly
3 Remove 2 screws to detach the Under Cover from Bottom Frame

1 Rotate VESA Brackets counter clockwise and remove from Front Cabinet Assembly
2 Remove 1 screw from AC Inlet
3 Remove 1 screw from AC Inlet Bracket
4 Remove 3 screws from Bottom Bracket
