SECTION 4 - EXPLODED VIEW/PART NUMBER INFORMATION
5. Remove 6 screws from the Main Board, then lift to detach.
6. Install the new Main Board, screws and all connectors.
7. Reconnect the LVDS Cable and close the black locking bar to secure.
8. Lift the black locking bar to reconnect and secure the connector.
9. Update the Software.
After ALL repairs UPDATE the SOFTWARE to the latest version.

a. Insert the USB device with the latest Software into one of the TVs’
USB ports.
b. Connect TV to AC Power.
c. Wait at least 20 seconds.
d. Press
POWER
on the remote to turn ON the TV.
e. Wait until the Software update is complete.
REPLACING THE MAIN BOARD

2. Press down the 2 locking clips and pull LVDS Cable to release.
3. Lift the locking clip to release the LVDS Cable.
4. Disconnect remaining connectors.

REPLACING THE POWER SUPPLY BOARD
1. Disconnect all connectors from Power Supply Board.
2. Remove 5 screws and lift to detach.
3. Install the new Power Supply Board, screws and all connectors.
4. Update the Software.

1. Disconnect the 2 connectors. Remove 2 screws from Switch Unit and lift
to detach.
2. Install the new Switch Unit, screws and connectors.
REMOVING THE SPEAKERS
1. Press down the connector clip and pull to remove, then lift the Speaker
to detach.
REMOVING THE SMART CORE BLOCK
1. Remove 3 screws, then release the Harness from Smart Core Block
Cover hooks.
