SECTION 1: DISASSEMBLY
1-1. REAR COVER REMOVAL
1 Remove 10 screws from Rear Cover
2 Remove 1 screw from Side Jack position
3 Remove 1 screw from Terminal position
4 Remove 2 screws from Panel Spine positions
5 Remove 4 screws from VESA positions
6 Remove 4 screws from Bottom Frame positions
7 Carefully lift Rear Cover bottom side and rotate toward top side
8 Release Clamps and remove Rear Cover from Front Cabinet Assembly
NOTE:
The Rear Cover is attached to Front Cabinet Assembly with small Clamps (4 places).
Use caution when removing the Rear Cover not to damage these Clamps.
To re-install the Rear Cover, press the Rear Cover down on Clamps to lock into position.

1-3. BM3 BOARD, D1N BOARD, D2N BOARD, AND G7N (POWER) BOARD REMOVAL
1 Disconnect 3 connectors from D2N Board
2 Remove 2 screws from D2N Board
3 Unhook Side Jack Bracket from Main BM3 Board position
4 Disconnect 5 connectors from BM3 Board
5 Remove 8 screws from BM3 Board
6 Disconnect 7 connectors from G7N (Power) Board
7 Remove 4 screws from G7N (Power) Board
8 Disconnect 4 connectors from D1N Board
9 Remove 2 screws from D1N Board
1 Push Point A as shown and rotate Switch Unit clockwise to release the hook from Front Cabinet Assembly.
2 Push Point B as shown and rotate Switch Unit counterclockwise to release the hook from Front Cabinet Assembly.
3 Disconnect 1 connector from Switch Unit

1-4. TABLE-TOP STAND ASSEMBLY AND UNDER COVER REMOVAL
1 Gently place the TV set face down onto a soft cloth
2 Remove 4 screws from Table-Top Stand Assembly
3 Remove 2 screws from Under Cover to detach from Bottom Frame

1 Lift Top Stay Clamp then push and slide Top Stay out from Front Cabinet Assembly
2 Rotate VESA Brackets counterclockwise and remove from Front Cabinet Assembly
3 Remove 1 screw from AC Inlet
4 Remove 1 screw from AC Inlet Bracket
5 Remove 1 screw from Bottom Frame
