• This indicates DC_DET of Power Board

• 12V line on Power Board

• TV Micro (on BUK board) Pin79 detects DC_DET and shuts down chassis power to standby
status.
TV micro Pin79 Normal condition: 1.3V - 2.5V
Error case: lower than 1.3V or higher than 2.5V
– Replace Power Board

3) DC_ALERT1 (RED 3 times blink)
• This indicates Power Error, DC_ALERT1 of REG5V from BUK board
.
• TV Micro (on BUK board) Pin26 detects DC_ALERT1 and shuts down chassis power to
standby status.
TV Micro Pin26 Normal condition : High / Error case : Low
– Check 12V at CN1411 Pin11, Pin12 and Pin13 on BUK board.
And F7005 on BUK board has 12V or not.
– Check Power Board

– Check IC7132 (on BUK Board).

5) Backlight Error (RED 6 times blink)
• This indicates panel power circuit error such as inverter.
• BE Micro (on BUK board) Pin27 detects PANEL_FAIL and shuts down chassis power to
standby status.
BE Micro Pin27 Normal condition: High / Error case: Low (lower than 0.8V)
– Replace Panel or Power Board

6) Temp Error (RED 7 times blink)
• This indicates high temperature inside chassis.
IC3502 on BUK board is monitoringtemperature.
IC3502 is controlled by BEM I2C.
• When it happens:
– Check chassis environment.
– Check around IC3502 and replace BUK board if temperature monitoring circuit
has problem.
– Check panel.

7) Audio Error (RED 8 times blink)
• This indicates Audio Error (Protection).
• It happens:
– IC2203 on BUK board, Audio Amp detects over current, thermal shut down
and/or low voltage of itself.
– DC voltage detected for speaker line.
– BE Micro Pin153 Normal condition: High / Error case: Low
• Check AU13V at CN2000 Pin1, Pin2, Pin3, Pin4 and Pin5 on BUK board
.
And F2001 on BUK board has 13V or not.
• Check above and replace BUK board.
8) FE Error (RED 10 times blink)
• This indicates FE power error or communication error.
• [POWER ERROR]
– Check 3.3V via F7006 on BUK board.
• [COMMUNICATION ERROR]
– TV Micro (on BUK board) is communicating with x245 (on BUK board).
• Check above and replacce BUK board.
