SECTION 1: DISASSEMBLY
1-1. REAR COVER REMOVAL
1 Slide out Switch Unit from Bezel
2 Disconnect 1 connector from HSW3 Board
1 Remove 18 screws from Rear Cover (KDL-40S504 Only)
Remove 20 screws from Rear Cover (KDL-46S504 Only)
2 Remove 1 screw from Side Jack position
3 Remove 1 screw from Terminal position
4 Remove 4 screws from Rear Cover
NOTE: The Rear Cover is attached to the Bezel Assembly with 4 small Clamps (3 on top, 1 on side).
Use caution when removing the Rear Cover not to damage these Clamps.
To re-install the Rear Cover, press the Rear Cover down on the Clamps to lock into position.

1 Unhook Side Jack from Main Bracket
2 Disconnect 5 connectors from BM3 Board
3 Remove 9 screws from BM3 Board
4 Disconnect 5 connectors from IP2 (Power) Board (KDL-46S504 Only)
5 Remove 6 screws from IP2 (Power) Board (KDL-46S504 Only)
6 Disconnect 5 connectors from IP1 (Power) Board (KDL-40S504 Only)
7 Remove 5 screws from IP1 (Power) Board (KDL-40S504 Only)

1 Remove 1 screw from Main Bracket and Bezel
2 Remove 4 screws from Spine (L)
3 Remove 2 screws from IP1 Frame
4 Remove 4 screws from Spine (R)
5 Remove 3 screws from Bottom Frame
1-4. TABLE-TOP STAND ASSEMBLY AND UNDER COVER REMOVAL
1 Gently place the TV set face down onto a soft cloth
2 Remove 4 screws from Table-Top Stand Assembly
3 Remove Under Cover from Bottom Frame
2 Screw,
