SWITCH UNIT AND SPEAKERS REMOVAL
A Lift up Switch Unit and disconnect 1 connector to detach from Bezel
B Lift up AC Power Cord and disconnect 1 connector to detach from LCD Panel
D Remove 1 screw from right side Speaker (KDL-46EX620/46EX621 Only)
D Slide-out right side Speaker to detach from Bezel
E Remove 1 screw from left side Speaker (KDL-46EX620/46EX621 Only)
F Slide-out left side Speaker to detach from Bezel

F Lift up Frenel Lens to detach from HMS3 Board

G4/G5/G6/G8 (POWER SUPPLY) BOARD AND
BATV (MAIN) BOARD REMOVAL
NOTES:
To disconnect the LVDS Connector, refer to
“Handling the LVDS FFC Connector” on page 3
instructions.
The Insulation Sheet (G10), Insulation Sheet (G4), Insulation Sheet (G7), and Side Jack Label
(Label BAT-V Mold Side) are not included with the LCD Panel and must be replaced when replacing
the LCD Panel.

A Remove 5 screws and disconnect 3 connectors from G4/G5 Board
B Remove 5 screws from BATV Board
C Disconnect 5 connectors from BATV Board
