1-1-1. REAR COVER REMOVAL
Remove the rear cover fixing screws indicated and pull the rear
cover gently backwards away from the back of the TV set.

1-1-2. STAND REMOVAL
Remove the 4 stand fixing screws ( ) and lift the monitor away
from the stand to disengage support screws ( ).

DISASSEMBLY
1-1-3. UNDER COVER REMOVAL
To the under cover first remove the stand and stand support
screws. Remove the 3 screws circled ( ).
The under cover can then be gently turned over to gain access to
the H4P board.
The H4P board is fixed to the under cover by one screw circled
( ) abobe.

1-1-4. POWER UNIT (G3) REMOVAL
Remove the 9 screws circled.
Gently pull the power unit (G3 board) away from the TV set.

1-1-5. DS4 BOARD REMOVAL
Remove the 4 screws circled.
Gently pull the DS4 board away from the TV set.

1-1-6. DS5 BOARD REMOVAL
Remove the 4 screws circled.
Gently pull the DS5 board away from the TV set.

1-1-7. B BOARD REMOVAL
Remove the 8 screws circled.
Gently pull the B board away from the TV set.

Note: 1. Please note that when replacing the B board, be sure to
remove the thermal sheet (BT/TAS) from the original
the B board and then attach them to a new the B board.
2. In case of replacement B board of Monitor or BE board
of Media Receiver, software both Monitor and Media
Receiver included HM500 and HM501 should be
updated to the latest version even if rewirte same
version.
1-1-8. IF1 BOARD REMOVAL
Remove the 5 screws circled and gently ease the IF1 board away
from the TV set to release the board to board connector on the
underside of the board.
Turn the IF1 board over. Disconnect the connector indicated, the
board can then be completely removed from the TV set.

1-1-9. WIRELESS MODULE REMOVAL
Remove the 6 screws circled.
Gently wireless module away from the TV set.

1-1-10. ANTENNA REMOVAL
Disconnect 6 pop connector indicated.
Remove antenna board by releasing the clip indicated
and easing the board away from the TV set.
1-1-11. FILTER UNIT REMOVAL
Remove the 4 screws circled.
Gently pull the filter unit away from the TV set.

: 7-685-646-79 SCREW, +BVTP 3X8
1-1-12. REMOTE CONTROL RF MODULE REMOVAL
Remove the screw circled.
Slide the board away from the RF bracket.
