SECTION 3 - REPAIR INFORMATION
3. Slide brackets to detach from Main Board.

4. Locate and remove screws, then lift the Main Board to detach.
5. Install the new Main Board and screws.
6. Reconnect the LVDS Cable and all other connectors.
7. Update the Software.
After ALL repairs UPDATE the SOFTWARE to the latest version.

a. Insert the USB device with the latest Software into one of the TVs’
USB ports.
b. Connect TV to AC power.
c. Wait at least 20 seconds.

clips. Lift it upwards to detach.
REPLACING THE MAIN BOARD

1. Remove Harness and screws from the Main Board Bracket.
2. Turn Main Board Bracket and disconnect the remaining connectors.

13. When the LED starts blinking, insert a USB device with the latest
Software into the TV.
14. Wait approximately 5 minutes until the Software installation is
completed.
CAUTION: TV will turn ON and OFF during this process.
15. After 5 minutes turn TV ON, wait for a successful update screen to
display and remove the USB device.
16. Turn TV OFF again.

REMOVING THE SPEAKERS
1. Press down the connector clip to disconnect.
NOTE:
For the Speaker Box Right you must also disconnect the Switch
Unit connector.
2. Remove screws and lift the Speaker Box to detach.
REPLACING THE SWITCH UNIT
1. Remove screws and press as shown to remove the Switch Unit.
2. Install the new Switch Unit, screws and connectors.
