Additional Information
Replacing the lamp
When th
e
lam
p b
ecomes
dark
or
the pi
ctu
re
colour is not normal or
the lamp in
dicator
on the
TV set flashes, rep
lace
with a new lamp.

Only use the
lamp
XL-2400 for replac
ement. If
yo
u
use
another
lamp, it may cause damage
to
the TV set.
Do
not remove the
lamp
ex
cept when replacing
it.
Before rep
lacing th
e lamp,
tu
rn
of
f
th
e power and
disconnect the
power cord
.
Replace the
lamp
only after it becomes
cool.
The front
gl
ass
of the
lamp
remains at least 100
°C
(212
°F) even
after the
power has been
turned
off
for 3
0 minutes.
Do
not place the old lamp in proximity
to
children or flammabl
e material.
Do
no
t get th
e old lamp wet,
or
insert objects
in
side the
lamp.
It may
cause
th
e lamp to explode.
Do not place
the old lamp
near easily
flammable
objects, as this may cause fire. Also,
do not
pu
t your hand in
side
the lamp compar
tment,
as
you
may be burned.
