5-3-4. WB/AGC Adjustment
The WB/AGC (White Balance/Analog Gain Control) adjustment order 
is as follows.
Note:
Perform this adjustment after that performed in 5-3-3.
Small pattern box (PTB-1450) setting: 
Color temperature = 3100 ± 200K
Luminance: LV12.2 ± 0.5
The adjustment is finished normally.

on the screen.
Check that the camera is on the adjustment mode.
* For the setting procedure of the adjustment mode, refer to “5-1-5. Setting the Adjustment Mode” (Page 5-3).
Touch the Left area, Right area, or the Top area, Bottom area on the LCD screen to choose an adjustment item.
Select “WB/AGC (LV10)”, press the
(Shutter) button
, then confirm that each value of “Light Src” is set as “002”,
“P1 R Ratio” is set as “1038”, and “P1 B Ratio” is set as “916”.
“P2 R Ratio” is set as “1332”, and “P2 B Ratio” is set as “703”.
Place the camera in front of the Small pattern box (PTB-1450). (Fig. 5-3-9)
Touch the Left area, Right area, or the Top area, Bottom area on the LCD screen to choose an adjustment item
.
Select
“WB/AGC (LV10)”, and touch the Center area on the LCD screen.
Select “OK”, and touch the Center area of the LCD screen to start.
* If the adjustment is disabled, refer to “5-1-6. Enabling the Adjustment” to enable the adjustment. (Page 5-3)
In case of the adjustment is finished abnormally,
the following indication appears on the screen.

In this case, confirm the adjusting environment
and readjust.
In case of the adjustment is finished normally,
the adjustment completion indication appears
on the screen. (Fig. 5-3-10)
Press the
(Shutter) button
to return to
adjustment menu.
The adjustment is finished normally.

5-3-3. OB Adjustment
The OB (Optically Black) adjustment order is as follows.
The adjustment is finished abnormally.

Cover camera lens (All black). (Fig. 5-3-6)
Touch the Left area, Right area, or the Top area, Bottom area on the LCD screen to choose an adjustment item.
Select “OB CLBT (BLACK)”, and touch the Center area on the LCD screen.
Select “OK”, and touch the Center area of the LCD screen to start.
* If the adjustment is disabled, refer to “5-1-6. Enabling the Adjustment” to enable the adjustment. (Page 5-3)
In case of the adjustment is finished normally,
the adjustment completion indication appears
on the screen. (Fig. 5-3-7)
Press the
(Shutter) button to return to
adjustment menu.

In case of the adjustment is finished abnormally,

5-3-5. Dark DP Adjustment
The Dark DP (Dead Pixel) adjustment order is as follows.
Note:
Perform this adjustment after those performed in 5-3-3 to 5-3-4.
Small pattern box (PTB-1450) setting: 
Color temperature = 3100 ± 200K
Luminance: LV12.2 ± 0.5
The adjustment is finished normally.

5-3-6. Light/S.S Adjustment
The Light/S.S (Light Dead Pixel/Slow Shutter Dead Pixel)
adjustment order is as follows.
Note 1:
Perform this adjustment after those performed in 5-3-3 to 5-3-5.
Note 2:
Select [MENU] - [Main Settings] - [LUN Settings (USB)] and confirm that [Multi] 
is selected. If [Single] is selected, the adjustment does not succeed.
The adjustment is finished normally.

Select “ Dark DPC (LV10)”, and touch the Center area on the LCD screen.
Select “OK”, and touch the Center area of the LCD screen to start.
* If the adjustment is disabled, refer to “5-1-6. Enabling the Adjustment” to enable the adjustment. (Page 5-3)
In case of the adjustment is finished normally,
the adjustment completion indication appears
on the screen. (Fig. 5-3-13)
Press the

to return to
adjustment menu.
Check that the camera is on the adjustment mode.

In case of the adjustment is finished abnormally,
the following indication appears on the screen.

In this case, confirm the adjusting environment
and make adjustment again from "5-3-5. Dark
DP Adjustment."
Touch the Left area, Right area, or the Top area, Bottom area on the LCD screen to choose an adjustment item.
Select “Light S.S (BLACK)”, and touch the Center area on the LCD screen.
Select “OK”, and touch the Center area of the LCD screen to start.
*1 If the adjustment is disabled, refer to “5-1-6. Enabling the Adjustment” to enable the adjustment. (Page 5-3)
*2 It may take more than 3 hours on this adjustment depending on the environments and the battery conditions.
Check that the camera is on the adjustment mode.
* For the setting procedure of the adjustment mode, refer to “5-1-5. Setting the Adjustment Mode” (Page 5-3).
Confirm that the unit has entered the Adjustment mode, and tthen connect the USB charging adaptor.

5-3-7. Lens Shading Adjustment
The Lens shading adjustment order is as follows.

Perform this adjustment after those performed in 5-3-3 to 5-3-6.

“Lens Shad (LV10)”, press the
(Shutter) button, then confirm that the value of “Lsd/Flash” is set as “002”.

5-3-8. Set Language Destination
Note:
 
Finish all of the adjustment except for the Language destination setting.
Once the Language destination setting is finished, it cannot be reset. 
USB Driver and Service Tool
Put the two folders “USB Driver” and “Service Tool” downloaded in “5-1-5. Setting the Adjustment Mode” (Page 5-3) in any place of the PC.
The procedure of installing a USB driver is as follows.
1)  Execute the “DirectUSB-Setup.exe” in the “USB Driver” folder to start up the Installer.
2)  Install the USB driver according to the guidance on the screen.
3)  Connect the camera started up with the adjustment mode, and the PC with a USB extension cable.
4)  Adapt the USB driver installed in step 2) according to the guidance on the screen.

Starting up the Service Tool
Execute the “ServiceTool_Ver[][][].exe” in the “Service Tool” folder to start up the Service Tool. (Fig. 5-3-22)

SERIAL No Length ERROR!!
The Language destination setting order is as follows.

Confirm the indication
on the screen.
Press the “Read” button, “PRODUCT CODE” and “SERIAL No.” will displayed on the screen.
Select the correspond language destination from the pull-down menu, input the “SERIAL No.”, then press the “Write” button.
*1 The “SERIAL No.” is written on the side of the camera.
*2 Once the Language destination setting is finished, it cannot be reset.
Disconnect the USB connection, turn on
the power of the camera, and then perform
the initial setting.
In case of the setting is finished normally,
the setting completion indication appears on
the screen. (Fig. 5-3-23)
The power of the camera turns off automatically.
In case of the setting is finished abnormally,
the following message appears on the screen.

In this case, perform the setting again upon
the message.
