5-2-2. AWB Adjustment
(1) AWB Adjustment
The White Balance and Bad Pixel Adjustment is as follows.
Small pattern box (PTB-1450) setting: 
Color temperature = 3150 ± 50K
Luminance: LV12.3 ± 0.2
The adjustment finished normally.

Place the camera in front of the Small pattern box (PTB-1450) and cover them (all black) with black cloth. (Fig. 5-2-7)
Press the Multi-selector button “ b (Key Left)”.

In case of the adjustment is finished normally,

In this case, confirm the adjusting environment
and readjust.
Press the
button (Key S1), then AWB Adjustment starts.
(2) Lens shading Adjustment
When the indication (Fig. 5-2-11) appears on the LCD display, set the 
adjustment jig according to procedures shown below. (Fig. 5-2-12)
1) Attach the Light balance filter to the tip of the camera lens. 
2) place the camera in front of the small pattern box
The adjustment finished normally.

Please Key S1 Start...
Attach the Light balance filter to the tip of the camera lens.
Check that the AWB Adjustment is finished normally.
Place the camera in front of the Small pattern box (PTB-1450) and cover them (all black) with black cloth. (Fig. 5-2-12)
Confirm the indication
on the screen.
Finished normally.
Finished abnormally.

Turn off the power to quit the adjustment mode.
In case of the adjustment is finished normally,

5-2-3. Bright Pixel Adjustment
The Bright Pixel Adjustment is as follows.
Note:
 
•  Perform this adjustment after that performed in 5-2-2. AWB Adjustment.
•  It takes more than 40 minutes to perform the Bright Pixel Adjustment 
(including more than 10 minutes for warming-up, and more than 30 minutes 
for main adjustment). 
The adjustment finished normally.

The adjustments required when replacing Lens
Block for MHS-FS1/FS2 are completed.
Remove the adjustment FW according to
procedures shown below.
1) Turn off the power of the camera.
2) Disconnect the USB cable from the USB charge adaptor.
3) Connect the USB cable disconnected in step 2) to PC.
4) Turn on the power of the camera.
5) Remove the SDV5092C.bin saved in the
“BLOGGIE_SW” root directory.
In case of the adjustment is finished normally,
the following indication appears on the screen.

In case of the adjustment is finished abnormally,
In case of the Bright Pixel adjustment is failed,
after turning off the power of the camera,
restart the adjustment from the AWB adjustment.
Press the
button (Key S1), then Bright Pixel Adjustment starts.
Connect the USB charging adaptor after the screen turned to that shown in
Fig. 5-2-16
.
The camera will automatically keep operating abnormally for more than 10 minutes during warming up.
Perform the adjustment from beginning if the screen got frozen.
The screen will light out for a few seconds, then turn to that shown in
Fig. 5-2-17
and start the adjustment automatically.
After the automatic adjustment finished, the screen will turn to that shown in
Fig. 5-2-18
.
In case of over, warming up will restart automatically.
In case of below, it will proceed to the next step automatically.
The camera will automatically keep operating abnormally for more than 30 minutes
after the screen turned to that shown in
Fig. 5-2-19
.
Perform the adjustment from beginning if the screen got frozen.

5-2-5. Set Language Destination
Language Destination Setting:
Save “lang.txt” in the root directory of the slot named ”BLOGGIE”.
The content of “lang.txt” is as follows: 
Language Destination (for example: 5_UC3) (enter key)
Product ID (10bit) (enter key) (refer to “5-3 PRODUCT ID LIST”)
S/N (8bit) (enter key)
The following is an example of 5_UC3 Language Destination Setting for MHS-FS1 White camera.

Especially Attention:
1)  The enter key must be the end symbol of each row.
2)  For the Product ID, refer to “5-3 PRODUCT ID LIST”, and the Product ID must be 10bit.
 
If the Product ID is less than 10 bit, add 0 before the Product ID.
3)  The S/N must be 8 bit. It refer to the serial number of shipment.
The adjustment is finished abnormally.

5-2-4. M360 Adjustment (MHS-FS1K/FS2K Only)
The M360 Adjustment is as follows.
Press and hold both sides of the 360 video lens (1), then attach it to the camera in the 
direction (2).
Note 1: Attach the hooks of the 360 video lens to the attaching parts of the camera, as shown in 
Fig. 5-2-23
.
Note 2: When repairing the parts related to the lens module of FS1K or FS2K.
• Ask the customer to send the 360 Video Lens with the unit.
• Perform M360 Adjustment with the 360 Video Lens sent from the customer.
The adjustment finished normally.
