1-1. NOTA PARA REPARO
Make sure that the flat cable and flexible board are not cracked of
bent at the terminal.
Do not insert the cable insufficiently nor crookedly.
Cut and remove the part of gilt 
which comes off at the point.
(Be careful or some 
pieces of gilt may be left inside) 
When remove a connector, don’t pull at wire of connector.
It is possible that a wire is snapped.
When installing a connector, don’t press down at wire of connector.
It is possible that a wire is snapped.
1-2. FONTE DE ALIMENTAÇÃO DURANTE O REPARO
Neste aparelho, a alimentação é desligada aproximadamente 10 segundos após o fornecimento da alimentação (8,4V) no terminal da bateria.
tUtilize seguinte método durante reparo.
Método:
Utilize o terminal DC-IN (AC-L10, AC-VQ800 etc.).

1-3. PARA RETIRAR A FITA QUE NÃO EJETA. (EJEÇÃO FORÇADA)

 Consulte “SEÇÃO 2. DESMONTAGEM” para remover bloco do mecanismo de deck.

 Desconecte CN704 (2P) da placa VC-303 .

 Alimentar +5V  DC com a fonte externa e descarregue pressionando a tampa cassete.

 Puxe a correia no sentido da seta A com
uma pinça enquanto pressiona a tampa
cassete (tome cuidado para não danificar)
para recolher a fita.

 Segure a tampa cassete e levante
o compartimento da fita para retirar
a fita.

1-4. VERIFICAÇÃO DO TIPO DE LCD
Medir o valor da resistência dos Pino 6 do CN5502 e Pino 0 do CN5502 na placa PD-180, pode discriminara o tipo de LCD .
Nota: 
About PD-180 board and LCD module, discrimine o tipo do LCD  na camera, e substitua do mesmo tipo.

FUNÇÃO DO AUTO-DIAGNÓSTICO
1. Função Auto-Diagnóstico
Quando ocorrer problema durante o funcionamento do aparelho, afunção
auto-diagnóstico começará a atuar,exibindo no visor eletronico ou na tela
de cristal líquido a providencia a tomar. Há dois tipos de indicações, o visor
de auto-diagnósticos e o visor de modo de serviço.
Maiores detalhes sobre as funções de auto-diagnóstico, veja o manual
de instruções.
Note: O dado de auto-diagnóstico serão mantidos atravez da bateria de lítio recarregável (CF-3000 da placa BT001).
Quando remover o gabinete(R), o dado do auto-diagnóstico serão incializadas.
2. Visor de Auto-diagnóstico
Quando ocorrer problema durante o funcionamento do aparelho,
o contador irá exibir um alfabeto e 4 dígitos que piscará a 3.2Hz
Esses 5 caracteres indicarão:"Reparável pelo", "Bloco" em que
problema ocorreu e código detalhado do problema.
3. Visor no modo de serviço
O visor no modo de serviço exibirá até seis(6) códigos de auto-diagnóstico mostrados anteriormente.
3-1. Método de Indicação
Enquanto mantém pressionada a tecla "STOP" , coloque a chave OFF para "PLAYER" e continue pressionando a tecla "STOP" durante 5 segundos
continuamente. O modo de serviço será exibido e o contador mostrará o no. do backup e os códigos de auto-diagnóstico com 5 caracteres.
3-2. No. de backup do chaveamento
Ao girar o dial de controle, os códigos de auto-diagnóstico serão exibidos em ordem. O número do backup entre[ ] indica a ordem
em que o problema ocorreu.(Se o número do problema que ocorreu foi menor que 6, somente aparecerá aquele que ocorreu).
[1] : Ocorreu em primeiro lugar            [4] : Ocorreu em quarto lugar
[2] : Ocorreu em segundo lugar  [5] : Ocorreu em quinto lugar
[3] : Ocorreu em terceiro lugar             [6] : Ocorreu em último lugar
3-3. Término da Visualização
A visualização do modo de serviço se encerra quando desligar a alimentação.
