6-5. IF CON SELF DIAGNOSTIC FUNCTION
1.
IF-149 BOARD (IF CON) TEXT MODE
The IF-149 board (IF CON) test mode is the IF CON
self-diagnosis mode. The IF CON can diagnose the functions of the
IF-149 board that the IF CON controls. Normally, the IF CON
makes a serial communication with the SYSTEM CONTROL and
operates following the commands from the SYSTEM CONTROL,
but in the Test mode, the IF CON operates independently from the
SYSTEM CONTROL.

In the test mode, the main unit operates same as usual, except
voltage monitoring, communication, display of fluorescent display
tube, and LED control.
