Enter the Service Mode and turn on the fan
from the IFcon menu
Is the voltage of CN1103 pin3 on the order
of 10V?

Disconnect the harness from the fan that is
inserted in CN1103 and take the
measurement again. Is it on the order of
10V?

Is the voltage of IC1101 pin2 on the order of
3.3V?
No
Is the connection between IC1101 pin1 and
IC1103 pin58 broken? Also check whether
the trace is bridged with the adjacent one.

Check around the fan power supply(IC1101).

Also check whether the trace is bridged with
the adjacent one.
