SSM height adjustment is unnecessary because of the configuration
change of SSM assy.

• The new configuration is realized by replacing both of SSM wave washer
and Pressurizing plate with new parts at the same time.
• Stator and Rotor are the same as former parts.
SSM部組の構成部品の変更に伴い, 超音波モータ高さ調整が不要になります。
・SSMウェーブワッシャと加圧板 (t=2.0) を同時に新部品に交換することで,
新構成へ変更できます。
・ステータおよびロータは旧部品と同一部品です。
