1.
Affix the tripod mount friction to the tripod mount as shown in the figure.
Note:
Affix the tripod mount friction, starting from the cut portion of tripod mount. Do not cover the cut portion with the
tripod
mount friction.
2.
Apply the grease (G-115) to all circumferences of indicated portion (sliding part on the tripod base roller) of tripod mount.
3.
Apply the grease (G-85) to the indicated screw portion of tripod mount screw knob.
4.
Insert the tripod mount screw knob until the E ring groove is seen through the cut portion.
5.
Insert the E ring to the E ring groove.

1.
Apply the anti-diffusion (A-20) to the indicated portion of outer barrel.
2.
Apply the grease (G-15) to the indicated portions of outer barrel, MF ring thrust washer and focus ring.
3.
Aligning the switch base plate installation window of outer barrel with the MM pc board unit, install the outer barrel.
4.
Solder two harnesses (red)(black) leading from the buzzer to the MM pc board unit.

5.
Install the tripod index of outer barrel to the aperture inner barrel, aligning with the filter insertion opening of aperture inner barrel.
6.
Apply two drops of adhesive bond (B-40) to the tips of six screws and tighten aperture inner barrel with six screws.
7.
Insert the connector of SW connection FPC block in the connector of switch base plate block.
8.
Install the switch base plate block to the outer barrel. Apply two drops of adhesive bond (B-40) to the tips of four screws and tighten
the switch base block with four screws.

1.
Apply two drops of adhesive bond (B-40) to the tips of two screw (C)) and tighten the strap holder with two strap holder fixing screws.
2.
Apply two drops of adhesive bond (B-40) to the tips of four tripod mount screws and tighten four tripod base rollers with four tripod
mount screws.
3.
Affix the piezoelectric sounder (buzzer) to the bore of outer barrel with two sheets of buzzer setting tape.
Note:
Affix two sheets of buzzer setting tape so that the buzzer hole of outer barrel can be seen.
Orient the harness of piezoelectric sounder (buzzer) in the direction of switch base block installation hole.
4.
Affix two sheets of polyester tape (Black) 10mm, which is cut in 20mm length to make 15mm x 20mm size, to the indicated portion
of outer barrel.
5.
Affix the rubber sheet C to the indicated portion of outer barrel.
