Adhesive bond (B-10): J-6082-612-A

1.  Cut the tip of focus brush with nippers.
2.  Install the focus brush and fix it with one screw.

  Install it in the state that the focus stopper and the zoom interlocking key locate in the center.

3.  After performing the focus brush position adjustment, apply the adhesive bond (B-10) to the head of screw.

Cut with nippers.

Adhesive bond (B-10): J-6082-612-A

1.  Cut the tip of zoom brush with nippers.
2.  Install the zoom brush and fix it with one screw.

  Install it in the state that the focus stopper and the zoom interlocking key locate in the center.

3.  After performing the zoom brush position adjustment, apply the adhesive bond (B-10) to the head of screw.

Cut with nippers.

1.  Install the 1st lens barrel block.

  Align the index hole with the focus stopper.

2.  Turn counterclockwise the 1st lens barrel block and fix it with one screw.

1.  Set the zoom to the TELE end and insert the 2nd lens barrel block, aligning the grooves with the projections at three locations.

  Align the aperture lever with the ZF flexible PWB.

2.  Set the zoom to the WIDE end, and the 2nd lens barrel block is pulled in and fixed.

  If the zoom is set to the TELE end, the 2nd lens barrel block will be dislocated. Therefore, do not set the zoom to the TELE end.

3.  Install the tele stopper.

  Install it in the state that the zoom is set to a position other than the TELE end.

4.  Push the zoom to the TELE end and tighten it with one screw.

1.  Set the zoom to the WIDE end and the focus to the near end. (In the state that the zoom interlocking key and the focus stopper 

locate in the center.)

2.  Remove two screws.

Set the unit to the near end.

3.  Unlock the engagement of the bayonet by moving right and left the zoom barrel assy and shift it in the front lens barrel direction.
4.  Remove the zoom interlocking key.

1.  Set the zoom to the WIDE end.

  If the zoom is set to the TELE end, the front lens barrel will be dislocated. Therefore, never set the zoom to the TELE end.

2.  Set the focus to the near end by rotating. 

 

Set the unit to the near end.

Move the hole of Zoom Cam Sleeve in 
the arrow direction. (Set to the WIDE end.)

3.  Unlock the engagement of the bayonet by moving right and left the zoom barrel assy and shift it in the front lens barrel direction.
4.  Insert the zoom interlocking key in the hole of zoom cam sleeve and hold it.

Remove the bayonet and shift the zoom barrel assy
in the front lens barrel direction.

5.  Return the zoom barrel assy and engage the bayonet with it.
6.  Align the zoom barrel assy with the hole of zoom interlocking key and tighten them with two screws.

Return the zoom barrel assy 
and engage the bayonet with it.

1.  Aligning the pin of fixed sleeve with the pin hole of fixed hold ring, install the fixed hold ring block.

  Insert the projections of front lens barrel in the grooves of focus drive ring.

2.  Fix it with three screws.

Grease (FT-210): 9-913-200-37

1.  Apply the grease (FT-210) to the indicated portion of zoom barrel assy.

Be careful not to apply 
the grease to this area.

1.  Align the cut portion of zoom barrel assy with the cut portions of zoom sheet.
2.  Aligning the projections of front lens barrel with the cut portions of zoom barrel assy, insert the zoom barrel assy in the front lens 

barrel block.

Grease (SG-310):  9-913-200-36

1.  Apply the grease (SG-310) to the indicated portions of front lens barrel. (Three locations)

  Apply the grease so that the groove of helicoid is filled with grease.

2.  Apply the grease (SG-310) to the indicated portions of front lens barrel. (Three locations)

1.  Mount the GP1 moving barrel on the front lens barrel.
2.  Rotate counterclockwise (viewing from the mount side) the GP1 moving barrel and assemble it by rotating it clockwise at the position 

where the helicoid is engaged (clicked).
Note:

  When moving the helicoid to the last, confirm that the bayonet click portion comes to the location where the screw hole 

locates about 90 de-

grees apart from the pin of fixed sleeve in the clockwise direction (viewing from the mount side).
