Adhesive bond (B-40): J-6082-614-A
Apply the adhesive bond (B-40) to the screw in figure, and the nut is obtained.

Note:
Use adhesive bond (LOCTITE 460) or an equivalent article.
Don’t use what becomes white after drying like a quick-drying glue.
Anti-diffusion agent (A-20): J-6082-611-A
1.
Apply the anti-diffusion agent (A-20) to the instruction part (Both inside and outside) of the connect barrel.
2.
Apply the adhesive bond (LOCTITE 460) to the mount index, and attach the connect barrel.

After the installation of the preset lever, apply the adhesive bond (B-40) to five screws in figure.

Anti-diffusion agent (A-20): J-6082-611-A
1.
Stick the tape (such as scotch tape) onto the Preset ring.
2.
Stick it to be positioned at the center of the connect barrel. (The space should be the same intervals)
3.
To stabilize the preset ring, add the tape on one or two parts, and assemble the steel balls.
4.
Apply the anti-diffusion agent (A-20) to over the preset ring.
5.
Tighten the preset ring holder until it stops lightly.
(Be noted that it is sometimes hard to tighten due to adhesive.)
6.
Remove the tape and loosen the preset ring pressure until the preset ring turns lightly. (about 45 degrees)
7.
Apply the adhesive bond (B-10) at the two parts of the preset ring holder.

It is done up that the point of lock spring is thin.

Note:
Be careful not to damage A part of fixed barrel.

Anti-diffusion agent (A-20): J-6082-611-A
1.
Apply the anti-diffusion agent (A-20) to the insutruction parts of fixed barrel.
2.
Attach the BL contact holder block to the polyster tape (black) 10mm.
3.
Attach the fixed barrel to the BL contact holder block.
Note:
Do not make space between flexible tape and fixed barrel.
4.
Be sure that the flexible tape does not contact with the preset ring, and bend it before stored the flexible tape.
