4)  Download the Destination Data file of the relevant model and unzip the file.

5)  Execute “DESTINATION DATA WRITE” in the Adjust tab of the Adjust manual.
 

Click the [START] button.

6)  Click the [File Update] button in the window.
 

7)  A file selection screen opens. Select the Destination Data file to be added and click the [Open] button.
 

8)  When the file has been successfully added, the following window opens.
 

9)  Check the Destination Ver. window and confirm that the version has been updated.

When problems occur while the unit is operating, the self-diagnosis func-
tion starts working, and displays on the LCD screen what to do.
Details of the self-diagnosis functions are provided in the Instruction 
manual.

When problems occur while the unit is operating, the LCD screen shows 
a 4-digit display consisting of an alphabet and numbers, which blinks at 
3.2 Hz. This 5-character display indicates the “repaired by:”, “block” in 
which the problem occurred, and “detailed code” of the problem.

When “FLASH error” (Self-diagnosis Code E : 91 : 01) occurs, to prevent any abnormal situation caused by high voltage, setting of the flash is changed 
automatically to disabling charge and flash setting.
After fixing, this setting needs to be deactivated.

Reset Flash Error using the Flash Error Repair Tool Ver_[].[].exe.

1-1.  SY-1001基板交換時の注意

仕向けデータ

補修用基板と交換する時，補修用基板に書かれている仕向けデータは元の設定と違っている場合があります。
Adjust StationからAdjust Manualを起動させて「DESTINATION DATA WRITE」を実行させてください。

リストアデータ

補修用基板と交換する時，交換前の基板よりデータを取得してください。
データの取得はAdjust StationからAdjust Manualを起動させて「RESTORE DATA」を実行させてください。
本機で取得されるデータは下記になります。

･ PRODUCT ID & USB SERIAL No.
･ Angular Velocity Sensor sensitivity adjustment
･ AWB standard data input & check, Color reproduction check
･ Strobe adjustment
･ Lens data carry

PlayMemories Homeについて

本機の内蔵メモリー内にはPlayMemories Homeが書き込まれています。
補修用SY-1001基板は，PlayMemories Homeが書き込まれた状態で供給されます。

USBシリアルNo.およびプロダクトIDについて

本機はセット固有のID（USBシリアルNo.）と機種固有のID（プロダクトID）を書き込んだ後に出荷されています。
新品の補修用基板にはこれらのIDが書き込まれていないため，基板交換後にIDを入力する必要があります。
補修用基板に交換した後はAdjust StationからAdjust Manualを起動し，「PRODUCT ID & USB SERIAL No. INPUT」を実行させてIDを入
力してください。

Note:  新しくプロダクトIDを入力すると，必ずしも基板交換前のIDと同じIDになるとは限りません。新しいIDと元のIDが違う場合にはお客様がユーザー登録さ

れているIDと相違が出てしまう可能性があります。

レンズデータキャリー

メイン基板交換時，JK-1002フレキシブル基板に貼り付けてあるデータキャリー QRシールのQRコードを読み取ってください。
QRコードの読み取りはAdjust Manualを起動してQRコードリーダーを使用してください。
メイン基板からデータを読み出す場合は，Adjust  ManualのADJUSTタブにある  [Lens  data  carry]  を実施し，[ORIGINAL  DATA  READ 
AND SAVE] を使用して，メイン基板を交換する前のデータを読み取ってください。
読み取ったデータは，交換終了後の調整時に使用します。Adjust  ManualのADJUSTタブにある，[Lens  data  carry]  より  [LOAD]  を実
施してください。

1-2.  レンズ交換時の注意

レンズ交換時，補修用レンズ添付のデータキャリー QRシールに掲載され
ているQRコードを読み取ってください。
データキャリー QRシールはJK-1002フレキシブル基板に貼り替えてくだ
さい。（詳細は Assembly-1: Notes on Assembling the IM Imager Unit and 
Lens Block. を参照してください。）
QRコードの読み取りは，Adjust Manualを起動してQRコード
リーダーを使用してください。
読み取ったデータは，交換終了後の調整時に使用します。
Adjust ManualのADJUSTタブにある，[Lens data carry] より [LOAD] を実
施してください。

1-3.  イメージャー基板の取り外し／取り付け時の注意

本機は下記の特徴があるため，ゴミが写りこみやすい傾向があります。

･ イメージセンサーのサイズが大きい
･ イメージセンサーとレンズの間隔がせまい

そのため，ゴミに対しては細心の注意を払ってください。

1-4.  LSV-1600AデバイスおよびIMイメージャーユニット交換時の注意

1)  LSV-1600AデバイスまたはIMイメージャーユニットを交換する際は，IMデータキャリーシールおよびレンズデータキャリー QR

シールより下記の値を読み取り，控えておく。

2)  「Shim Selection Tool Ver_[].[].exe」 を起動する。
 

控えておいたそれぞれの値を，下記の図に従って「Shim Selection Tool Ver_[].[].exe」に入力し [OK] をクリックする。

Note： 

「Shim Selection Tool Ver_[].[].exe」はTISSホームページよりダウンロードしてください。

 

Enter the values provided on the seats attached to the lens block
and the rear tube. Then click the [OK] button.
