（GPSハードウェア異常）

SY-286基板とRL-109基板をつないでいるRL-115フレキシブ
ル基板が切れていないか，また完全に挿入されているかを点
検する。フレキシブル基板に問題がない場合は，SY-286基板
またはRL-109基板の点検または交換をする。

Note 1：交換後は，必ず「1-6. フラッシュエラー発生時の対処法」を行って下さい。
Note 2：*マークのコードは本機には実装されていない機能です。

1-6.    フラッシュエラー発生時の対処法

本機はフラッシュエラー（自己診断コードE：91：01）が発生した場合，高電圧による異常を防止するために自動的にフラッシュ充
電および発光禁止の設定になります。
フラッシュエラー発生後はエラーの解除を行う必要があります。エラーの解除はホーム画面から行います。

フラッシュエラーの解除方法

Flash Error Repair Tool Ver_[].[].exe を使用して Flash Error を解除してください。

1-7.   QRコードの読取り方法について

本機ではレンズのデータをQRコードから読み取ります。
QRコードはUSB Webカメラを使用するか、デジタルカメラ等で撮影した画像から読み取ります。
下記の方法でデータを読み取ってください。

Note1：  マニュアルフォーカス、マクロ撮影が可能なUSB Webカメラを使用すること。
Note2：  USB Webカメラを使用する場合、Windows標準のドライバを使用しないこと。
 

 

使用するUSB Webカメラの専用のドライバをインストールして使用すること。

USB Webカメラを使用する場合
1.  PCにUSB Webカメラを接続し、ドライバをインストールして使用可能状態にする。
2.  Adjust manualを起動する。
3.  QRコードリーダーのボタンをクリックしてQRコードリーダーを起動する。
4.  USB WebカメラでQRコードを読み取る。
 

レンズ交換時 ： 補修用レンズに貼り付けられたQRコードを読み取る

 

基板交換時  ： QRコードの読み取りは不要

5.  レンズデータをファイル名をつけて保存する。

デジタルカメラ等を使用する場合
1.  デジタルカメラ等でQRコードを撮影し、データをPCに保存する。
2.  Adjust manualを起動する。
3.  QRコードリーダーのボタンをクリックしてQRコードリーダーを起動する。
4.  LOADボタンをクリックし、保存した画像を開く。
5.  レンズデータをファイル名をつけて保存する。

Turn on the power and pull out the lens to set it in the TELE end state.
Remove the battery.
Apply alcohol to two gaps A of the Ornamental Ring A with tweezers or a fine-tipped stick as shown in the figure below.
Turn the Ornamental Ring A clockwise and counterclockwise to detach it.

Release the four claws to detach the Barrier Assy.

Attach two Barrier Tapes so that the end of each tape comes to the dent.
Note: Attach Barrier Tapes carefully so that they do not wrinkle.
Attach the Ornamental Ring A and push it gently.

Attach the Barrier Assy while inserting the lever into the hole and locking the four claws.

Detach the 1G-2G Lens as little as possible.

If it is detached, install the washers with their projections set to the original positions.
When attaching the 1G-2G Lens, match the projection of the 1G-2G Lens with the groove
near the mark A and then tighten three screws in the order of mark A ψ mark B ψ mark C.

Prepare a Naruto Gear Lubricated Assy (A-1802-347-A) and a fine-tipped screwdriver (or thin stick such as
bamboo skewer). Insert a fine-tipped screwdriver (or thin stick such as bamboo skewer) into the Naruto Gear hole
and fix the Naruto Gear and the screwdriver with bond or equivalent.

Remove the four screws to detach the Rear Mirror Plate Assy and the Flexible Board Retainer.

Turn the Naruto Gear jig clockwise to set the camera body in the TELE end state.
Note: Turn the Naruto Gear jig to the maximum.
Release the boss of the Flexible Board and pull it out of the hole.

Disconnect the Flexible Board from the Connector and release the claw and boss of the Flexible Board from the groove.

Remove the screw and remove the Gear Case Assy from the camera body.
Remove the FG Plate Spring while releasing the boss and the claw.
Pull the two sensors out of the Gear Case Assy.
Remove the solder at two points and remove the Gear Case Assy from the Flexible Board.
