5. Saving Lens Adjustment Program (ActuatorChecker/ActuatorChecker2)
1)
Download the file “ActuatorChecker VerX.XX.zip” from Service Fixture and Software of TISS homepage, save and extract it.
2)
Save “ActuatorChecker.exe” in an arbitrary folder.
Note:
The version of “ActuatorChecker” might be updated.
1-1-2. Installation of ActuatorCheckerSAM (For Using Finished Inspection JIG II (J-6082-710-A))
Equipment used
• Personal Computer
• Lens Adjustment Program (ActuatorCheckerSAM VerX.XX.zip)
Note 1:
Personal computer must have the condition that Windows XP runs normally and USB is connectable.
Note 2:
Obtain the lens adjustment program (ActuatorCheckerSAM VerX.XX.zip) from the TISS homepage.
1. Saving Lens Adjustment Program (ActuatorCheckerSAM)
1)
Download the file “ActuatorCheckerSAM VerX.XX.zip” from Service Fixture and Software of TISS homepage, save and extract it.
2)
Save “ActuatorCheckerSAM.exe” in an arbitrary folder.
Note:
The version of “ActuatorCeckerSAM” might be updated without notice.

1-2-1. Connection of Finished Inspection JIG/SSM Half Completion JIG and Startup of Lens
Adjustment Program (ActuatorChecker/ActuatorChecker2)
Note 1:
Confirm that “1-1-1. ActuatorChecker/ActuatorChecker2 (For Using Finished Inspection JIG (J-6082-645-A))” has been
completed before this procedure is executed.
Note 2:
In case of performing Finished inspection or Half completion inspection, be sure to perform in the condition that the lens is laid
down (do not perform in the lens standing condition).
Equipment
• Personal Computer
• Finished Inspection JIG (AC 100 V only)

• Lens Adjustment Program (ActuatorChecker.exe/ActuatorChecker2.exe)
• Half Completion JIG (At half completion inspection)

Connect equipment and checking lens as shown in Fig.1-2-1 or Fig.1-2-2.

5. Startup of Lens Adjustment Program (ActuatorChecker/ActuatorChecker2)
1)
Turn on the finished inspection JIG.
2)
Turn on the personal computer.
3)
Start up “ActuatorChecker.exe/ActuatorChecker2.exe” from an arbitrary folder, confirm that the program starts up properly.
Note:
Turn off the finished inspection jig after use.
4)
If “PC-CARD-DIO48” is properly installed, the window below appears.

Adjustment Program (ActuatorCheckerSAM)
Note 1:

completed before this procedure is executed.

• Finished Inspection JIG II (AC 100 - 240 V) (J-6082-710-A)
Note: The cables and so on are not supplied as accessories.
• AC Cable (Sold on the Market)
• RS232C Cable (D-Sub 9 Pins (Male with Securing Screws) 
,
 D-Sub 9 Pins (Female with Securing Screws)) Straight Type (Sold on
the Market)
• USB to Serial Cable (D-Sub 9 Pins (Male)) (Sold on the Market)
• M-BOX-JIG (J-6082-722-A) (Or the Jig supplied with Finished Inspection JIG)
• Lens Adjustment Program (ActuatorCheckerSAM)
1. Connection
Connect equipment and checking lens as shown in Fig.1-2-3.
Note:
ActuatorCheckerSAM cannot start up without the connection to the finished inspection JIG II.

2. Startup of Lens Adjustment Program (ActuatorCheckerSAM)
1)
Turn on the personal computer and the finished inspection JIG II.
2)
Start up “ActuatorCheckerSAM” from an arbitrary folder.
Note:
At the first time using, the followings appear on the screen (Fig. 1-2-6).
It is required to ask HQ about the password for the Com/User Characteristic No. and the manufacturer/type name of the personal
computer.
Ex. Com/User Characteristic No.: iYdDZfq9q
Personal Computer: SONY PCV-RZ33P
It is no need to input password to the computer once registered.
(The screen requires password doesn’t appear.)
If the personal computer or the finished inspection JIG II is changed, the password and the Com/User Characteristic No. are changed.
Therefore on the startup, the password input is required again.
3)
Input the password and click “OK[Ent]”, the following appears on the screen (Fig. 1-2-7).
