ABOUT  HANDLING  OF  A  SPEAKER  UNIT (WOOFER)
Do not put the corn side of a speaker unit (woofer) on a fl oor etc. 
When placing a corn side, put on a fl oor etc. after making into a 
stand the parts supplied to a new speaker unit. (Refer to the fol-
lowing fi gure.)

ABOUT  REPAIRING  THE  BOARD
The mounted parts of this unit that have each board cannot replace 
with single. When each board is defective, replace the complete 
mounted board.

NOTE  THE  SPEAKER  UNITS  REPLACING
Refer to “2. DISASSEMBLY” (page 3 or subsequent) for the re-
placement procedure of each speaker unit.

1.  Main tweeter (SP3)

  Main tweeter (2.5 cm) is replaced in the form attached to face 

plate. When replacing main tweeter (2.5 cm), please replace 
for speaker (2.5 cm) assy including face plate.

 

(Assist tweeter of the upper and lower is not included.)

  Packing (C) is not reused. When assist tweeter is removed, 

please be sure to replace packing (C).

2.  Assist tweeter (SP1, SP2)

  When replacing assist tweeter (1.9 cm), in order to guarantee 

performance, please be sure to replace upper side and lower 
side simultaneously.

  Packing (C) is not reused. When assist tweeter is removed, 

please be sure to replace packing (C).

This set can be disassembled in the order shown below.

Note: Follow the disassembly procedure in the numerical order given.

•  Continued on 2-3 (page 4).

Note: Please remove grille frame assy.

1 Pull out the tweeter assy.

Note 1: When installing the tweeter assy, after each screw 
 

holes of the tweeter assy and packing (A) are aligned, 

 

attach it to the speaker cabinet.

Note 2: Check not having overflowed a speaker 
 cabinet 

upper surface.

Note 3: Check that there is neither a riding raising 
 

to the speaker cabinet concave portion nor 

 

a position gap of screw holes.

Note 4: Check that packing (A) is not turned over.

Note 9:  Be careful not to attach a crack to a 
 

speaker cabinet using the terminal of 

 a 

wire.

Note 10: Check that the connection mistake
 

or insertion of a wire are not imperfect.

Note 11:  Insert the terminal straightly.
Note 12: After terminal insertion, should check
 

acting as lock of the terminal completely.

be careful not to put wires.

6: Be careful not to attach a crack to 

 

 

the edge of a speaker cabinet.

7: Do not touch the convex part 

 

 

(three places) of a tweeter assy.  

8: Check that packing (A) has not 

 

 

overflowed from a upper surface.
