TEST  MODE
VERSION  DISPLAY  MODE
Procedure:
1.  Slide the [POWER] switch to turn the power on the system.
2.  Press and hold down the two keys [AUDIO IN] and [VOL –] simultaneously (about 3 sec).
3.  The version of the system is displayed. The method of version display is described in the following “Version Display Operation Speci-
fi cation”.
4.  To release from this mode, operate any keys such as [VOL+], [VOL –] or slide the [POWER] switch to turn the power off.
KEY/LED  TEST  MODE
Key tests and LED illumination tests can be performed on a board basis.  *When fl ickering, all the LED’s repeat the cycle of 0.5 sec on and 
0.5 sec off states.
Procedure:
1.  Slide the [POWER] switch to turn the power on the system.
2.  Press and hold down the three keys [PARTY], [WPS] and [VOL –] simultaneously (about 3 sec).
3.  All the LED’s lights up.
4.  To release from this mode, perform the same procedure as the item 2 or slide the [POWER] switch to turn the power off.

• Version Display Operation Specifi cation
When the mode is entered, all the LED’s make one blink in 3 sec.  All On (0.5 sec) t All Off (2.5 sec).
When in the MODE IN state, pressing the [AUDIO IN] key displays the software version of the Brifgeco module and pressing the [VOL –] 
key displays the software version of the microcomputer.
To display these software versions, the LINK LED (green), the LINK LED (red) and the AUDIO IN LED blink in turn in 1 sec cycles of 
0.5 sec on and 0.5 sec off state.
The software version is expressed by how many times they blink individually.

After the version display is completed, the system is returned to the status before entry in the mode.
In this status, pressing the [AUDIO IN] key or [VOL –] key allows you to redisplay the version.
SIGNAL  STRENGTH  DISPLAY
The strength of the signal (reception sensitivity) is visually displayed in real time when the set is connected through wireless LAN connec-
tion.
The [PARTY] LED is used to indicate the signal strength by its display colors depending on the conditions of the signal strength: green 
(when the signal is strong), orange (middle), red (weak), and OFF (disconnected).
Procedure:
1.  The [PARTY] LED is illuminated green when the signal strength is strong (at the level of 100 to 60), orange when middle (59 to 30), 
and red when weak (29 to 0).
2.  The [PARTY] LED is lit out when the set is disconnected from the network in wireless connection (including in wire connection).
