1. CPU INTERFACE
1-1. Serial Interfaces
Fig.1-1 shows the serial interfaces of the model.
1. Communication between System Controller IC101 and Real Time Clock, X801
1. Communication between System Controller IC101 and Real Time Clock, X801
System Controller IC101 obtains the clock data via the serial communication.
One Point:
One Point:
Real Time Clock, X801 keeps oscillating even if the unit is in the sleep mode.
2. Communication between System Controller IC101 and Tuner IC2702
2. Communication between System Controller IC101 and Tuner IC2702
System Controller IC101 controls the Tuner IC2702 by outputting the various serial commands. These serial commands are output from pin-133 [TU_DA] in
synchronization with the clock of pin-134 [TU_SCK] and the latch signal of pin-135 [TU_LA]. IC2702 starts the corresponding operation to the command input when the
latch signal is “L”. Also Tuner IC2702 outputs the status signal from pin-13 [STO] to System Controller IC101.
The main interfaces are described below.
[IC101 -> IC2702]
Internal Reset
Mute Control
Band Preset
The main status signal contents are described below.

3. Communication between System Controller IC101 and PC
The unit has the USB terminal to perform the data communication with PC. System Controller IC101 operates the serial communication with PC through the following
input / output terminals.
System Controller IC101 pin-126 [DM] (D-)
System Controller IC101 pin-125 [DP] (D+)
input / output terminals.
