SECTION  4
TEST  MODE
KEY  AND  DISPLAY  CHECK
Procedure:
1. Turn the power on and set both of the alarm mode switch of A
and B OFF.
2. Press the key in order of  [B] and [      ]
.
  (press simultaneously)
→ [CLOCK SET] and [OFF] (press simultaneously) → [A] and
[      ]
>
 (press simultaneously).
3. When the key and display check mode is activated, “0A5” is
displayed on the LED indicator element.
4. When the [SNOOZE] key is pressed once, each segment and
LEDs of LED indicator element light up all.
5. The electronic sound is output when the key is pressed except
[SNOOZE] key, and the segment and LED on the LED indicator
element corresponding to the key are turned off.

7. Press the [SNOOZE] key once.
8. The electronic sound is output when the alarm mode A switch
(S410) is moved by one step and the display on the LED
indicator element changes like “1” 
→ “1 2” → “1 2 3” → “1 2
3 4”.
9. Press the [SNOOZE] key once.
10. The electronic sound is output when the alarm mode B switch
(S412) is moved by one step and the display on the LED
indicator element changes like “1” 
→ “1 2” → “1 2 3” → “1 2
3 4”.
11. Press the [SNOOZE] key once to blink “1 2 : 0 0” on the LED
indicator element.
12. Set the time “1 2 : 0 1” (PM) on the LED indicator element.
(Refer to the SECTION 2. GENERAL (page 4))
13. Set the alarm mode switch A (S410) BUZZER.
14. Press the [A] key to set the time “1 2 : 0 1” (PM) on the LED
indicator element. Then the alarm operates, and ALARM A
LED blinks.

CD  TEST  MODE
Procedure:
1. Turn the power on and set both of the alarm mode switch of A and B OFF.
2. Set the CD mode and press the key in order of  [A] and [      ]

  (press simultaneously) 
→ [CLOCK SET] and [OFF] (press simultaneously)
→ [B] and [      ]
.
 (press simultaneously) within 5 seconds.
3. When the CD test mode is activated, “81” is displayed on the LED indicator element.
4. Insert a CD disc to the set.
5. Press the [CD] key to the playback.
6. The following shows the state transition table for each key operation in respective modes of CD TEST MODE.
