5-8. Sleep Test
“Sleep mode” includes two different mode: “Sleep mode” and
“Deep sleep mode”. When each mode is selected, pressing the
[
ENTER] button causes a transfer to the assumed sleep mode.
To exit from this test mode, get back to the menu screen by press-
ing the [
x
] button.
To exit from each mode, be sure to remove the power. That is,
release the set from the test mode. Although operating the but-
tons and switches causes a transfer to the normal mode, there is no
guarantee for proper operation.
5-9.  Key Test (Reset Menu)
Note: Once this mode is completed, the contents recorded by the user will
be all cleared and initialized.

Before executing this mode, see confi rmation as to clearing of the
contents and take care of executing the mode.
When all the buttons and switches have been operated, “ACCESS”
is displayed. Initialization (all items cleared in all folders, menu
initialized, and title number initialized) is performed. When all has
been completed, “OK” is displayed. If the initialization is failed,
you see “----” displayed and the orange lamp fl ashing on and off
fast. The buttons and switches may be turned on and off in any
order. These 13 controls should be operated. When each control
is operated. The WAKE UP factor is checked before displaying. If
there are any buttons yet to be pressed, they are in key accept state.
To exit from each mode, be sure to remove the power. That is,
release the set from test mode.

5-10. Key Count
This mode is mainly used for key duration test. Upon entry into
this mode, a 5-digit counter is displayed. The counter is increment
each time one of the buttons and switches is operated once. The
digits indicate “00000” to “99999”. “00000” is redisplayed after
“99999”.
To exit from each mode, be sure to remove the power. That is,
