Note : Follow the assembly procedure in the numerical order given.
1. INSTALLING THE LEVER (F)
2. INSTALLING THE SLIDER (L)
1) Align the hole in the gear (L1) with
the position shown in the figure.
2) Truing to the edge of the chassis,
install the slider (L).

3. INSTALLING THE CHASSIS (1)
1) Put the level (F) to position

(Position so that the claw on ST detection lock lever assy
is in the middle of the groove on lever (F).)

2) Turn the gear (L1) in the arrow direction, and move the
slider (L) in the arrow direction.
3) Make sure that when the gear (L1) is set in the position
shown in the figure, the ST detection lock lever assy is
moved in the direction of arrow and is not in contact
with the lever (F).

Note: Install the chassis so as not to be
in contact with the slider (L).

5. INSTALLING THE LEVER (T)
Fit the projection of the lever (T) in the groove
on the gear (L1) and install the lever (T).

6. INSTALLING THE TRAY ASSY
1) Turn the gear (L1) somewhat in the arrow direction.
2) Align the groove on tray assy with the projection on lever (T).
3) Replace the gear (L1) to the original position.
4) Make sure that the CD stopper is put in the arrow direction.
5) Check the lock plate retainer for no lift-up.
