Pyramid icon flashes once and unable to enter service mode. Pressing the MENU
button on the remote does not change the flashing sequence.

ACTION
The unit has detected a lamp error.
You can bypass the lamp error by entering the following sequence:

When the pyramid icon is flashing, hold down the VOL- and CH+ keys on the
front touchpad.
Whilst holding down the keys, press the POWER ON key on the front touchpad.
The unit will bypass the error and the working lamps will switch on.
You can then see in the panel where the fault is located.

As this is problem is logged as a lamp error, you will need to enter the service mode
and clear the lamp error counter.
